Rundown a bit, a fresh coat of paint can fix and new fresh colors in linens. Staff is exceptional as far as cleaning and security and front desk. Could use some cleaning around property however seemed to be outside Samara’s control. Sweet puppies and cats everywhere. Exceptional nature, bamboo, trees and insects. Great cliffs and sunrise and sunsets. Compared to other places I have reside, overall 3… Only 3 because of Staff, the environment reduces the Stars dramatically.

The cliff jumping and pool was great. Front staff was awesome and friendly and quite personable . Enjoyed our dinner at Chez Maurice and the jamaican breakfast of Ackee and Saltfish and Callaloo with fried dumpling was Yum! There are options in amd around the resort. Would stay there again.

From the phone call conversation, the front desk staff, the bell man, the room, the dining options, the varieties of food was excellent. I wish I could take home all the staff. They treated me and my friends as guests not anything else. I was happy I chose this location to have our girls vacation. My overlooking the ocean was magnificent. I could go on and on with all the positives but experiencing it is a different level of happiness.

The thoughtful touch of leaving a birthday card in her room truly warmed our hearts—it was such a kind gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. It was wonderful to see her enjoying herself so much. From the excellent service to the warm atmosphere, everything about her stay made her feel celebrated and appreciated. Knowing she had such a memorable birthday, thanks to your care and attention, means the world to me. Really enjoyed my stay at Samsara Cliff’s resort. I stayed there a few days in November and it was everything I wished for and more. It was so convenient as it was close to all the bars and restaurants in Negril. It also had its own kitchen and other amenities on the property. As such, you don’t have to leave the property to have fun/enjoy your getaway; that’s totally up to you. I’d definitely go back!!!

The food was EXCELLENT!!!!. It was the biggest highlight of the trip. The customer service was awesome. Now the room decure was just ok, and there is not alot to do on the property except sleep and eat and jump in the pool. And everything locks off really early. By 10pm its a deadzone. If you like going to bed early then this is definitely the place for you. We had to find fun elsewhere ....

Great property, very friendly staff, some of the rooms are a little old (chipped paint etc..) but still clean, the food was good not as good as some of the restaurants outside the resort but it was good! The bartender Tina had great suggestions on what to try and where to check out and had an overall wonderful attitude towards everyone. We will be back!

Got there and the apartment i booked wasnt available and had to take separate rooms whichbtook an hour to get into. Staff wasnt friendly which sucked (but the owner was) since we got caught in a tropical storm and they were the only ppl around. Once we left it was better. New rooms were nice. The toilet is way to close to the sink in the bathrooms but still a nice bathroom. Love that the balconies are blocked from the next rooms view. Glad I didnt pay for all inclusive. Its a beautiful place, maybe ill try it again another time.
