Very comfortable two-bedroom unit with open plan lounge/ dining area, well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom providing a bath with shower and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The kids will love Carindale as there is a swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ area and tables and chairs, a great place to relax and cook up a storm on the BBQ.

Lock the car up in the garage and you wont need it again until it is time to go home, you will want to return to Carindale again and again for your family holidays!

Carindale would have to be one of the best complexs in the heart of Nelson Bay for your next family holiday. The location is perfect as it is only a short walk down to the beach, Marina and into town where you will find fantastic restaurants, cafes, clubs and bars.

NOT AS ADVERTISED
Waited till just after 2pm to pick up the keys thinking that property been cleaned. To our surprise, unit was not as advertised. Balcony was filthy and no view. The plants in front had overtaken the entire view of the unit. We were stuck inside the unit looking at four walls. The interior of the unit was FILTHY cobwebs and dust were incredible. Timber floor was slippery from all dust that had accumulated. Window seals and all corners had spiderwebs. Shower was not cleaned, gathering of dust of edges with shower curtain full of mold at the bottom. Adverising said there was one garage spot. Yeh there was but it was full of furniture which enabled us to park there. We had to use street parking. I continue with what else, I needed to clean we will be here all day. I contacted real-estate to inform them of the state of the property. I was told that the property was cleaned last whenever it was leased previously and not before our stay. That the garage was there, and it didn't specify the size, (fare call). I asked if someone could come and clean the balcony and was told that there were no cleaners available and maybe they could look for a cleaner to come out whenever they could and blamed the weather of the filth that had accumulated. I asked if I could clean and she said, "yes, of course, that would be great". After paying over $2900, for a days, I needed to clean the entire unit. I have asked for half refund with no reply from real-estate as yet. .

Communication about checking and the key collection was seamless, property was close to the marina and had very basic amenities. The property seemed to look neat in the first sight but during my stay I saw a big spider on the floor in the bathroom, baby coackroaches in the bathroom and bed room. Cobwebs on the wall in the dining area. Garage was small to fit our 4wd. Not really worth the price. Would suggest to look for other properties instead.

Comfortable place to stay
Nice apartment. Pretty much as shown in photos. I would return to that same apartment if going to Nelson Bay. Not too far to walk to the Beach.
