Quiet, country trailer
The trailer fit our needs. It was close distance to the parks and activities. The interior was made to look like a cabin in the kitchen and living area. It really dressed the place up. The hot tub was clean, but one of the three jets did not work. One of the bedroom doors wouldn't fully shut. But overall, they were monor hiccups.

Would Come Back
The property was clean and put together well. The fire pit and area was awesome and so was the hot tub. Everything was as described. The only thing I would say is the porch view is even better than you can imagine. We will definitely be using First Choice lodging and possibly even coming back to this exact location. Thank you for a great experience!

Coyote Cabin was SO wonderful! Clean, bright, we all enjoyed the hot tub out back, A/C!! My husband and I enjoyed the TV in our room while kids could use the TV in the living room. We were about 20-25 minutes from anything we wanted to explore. Loved the tubing with Adventure Pro, cave exploration in Hocking Hills, and horseback riding! Would definitely come again!

Bobcat Review
We actually ended up staying at the Bobcat house instead which was a nice upgrage from the home we had booked. The property owners identified problems at our original booking before we arrived and arranged for us to stay at an upgraded location which was much appreciated. We had a fabulous time, enjoyed the amenities, yard swing was a nice touch. We just had a few suggestions - having a few extra blankets would have been nice as well as a few more board games - they can be purchased inexpensively at local thrift stores. The front steps need leveled but we didn't have any problems navigating. We enjoyed the hot tub but please note that only one side of the jets work. The cover is water logged and incredibly difficult to move for one person - it would be nice to have somewhere to slide it to rather than the grounds because it would be very difficult to lift from the ground. It would also be nice to have user instructions for the hot tub personalized for each location. The instructions available were very generalized and did not explain how to operate this hot tub in particular. With all that being said, we had a fantastic time. I was shocked that there were no mosquitos (maybe it was just the time of year we visited, but I took a 2 hour nap outside and wasn't bothered by any bugs at all despite being very close to a wooded area.) We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub, the well stocked kitchen (utensils and gadgets) and the spacious living space. Would highly recommend!

Nice place with the most amenities I’ve ever seen in a rental. Fairly secluded, peaceful, hot tub is nice, and the fire pit was already set up and ready to burn. Rental company was also great, easy key pick up and drop off and you get 10% off the cafe in their shop

Cute getaway in the Hills
Check in was easy and they gave recommendations in the area. Town was cute and had a tiny grocery store to shop at for any food needs. The property was as shown- nice bedrooms and fully stocked. There were a few friendly bugs that the owner did warn about because you're near the woods and we just released back outside. The hot tub was great but might have a small leak as we had to add water a couple times. Would recommend to anyone, and would most likely stay again!

Really clean, but a lot of problems
We arrived on Saturday at 4pm. That night we used the hot tub and went to bed. Sunday morning, we didn’t have any water. The pipes froze over night and weren’t fixed until Sunday late afternoon. We couldn’t cook, shower, or use the toilets properly. We ended up having to go out for the day until the pipes were fixed. Then, we came home and went to get into the hot tub and it had a leak. We ended up having to fill the hot tub and wait for it to get hot again. This process was bout 3 hours. Overall, the place is very clean and cute, but the issues really outweighed the good points.

Trailer
The trailer is ok, and should be advertised as a trailer and not a cabin. Nice inside. Difficult stairs going up to the front door, and off the back deck. Uneven and hard to navigate while walking with a cane. The wood floors are nice but there are multiple knots that should be filled with a resin or something to keep your toes safe. Also as others have stated there is a pretty big piece of the wood floor that needs to be repaired. We pulled a chair over it to keep from stepping on it and getting injured. We cooked most of our meals there and the stove was OK. We brought wood for the fire pit and really enjoyed it. We also enjoyed the hot tub.

The outside can be off putting for those looking for a cabin. It doesn't make you go wow. The inside however was rather nice. Had more of a cabin look and appeal. It was located 10 minutes from town and only one residential right across the street. Large yard, benches at the firepit in the back yard. Gas grill, with fuel. There was it as it rained a lot so most of our activity was later in the day. Hot tub was my husbands favorite feature! I felt like we were in a home away from home. There was a vent in the kitchen floor that was missing a few of the louver grates. Easy for a small foot or pet paw to fall into. I blocked it off to prevent my blind dachshund from stepping in it. There was a notebook with available sites & activities both for Lake Hope & Hocking Hills which was nice. Washer & Dryer available so we didn't have to pack or take home dirty laundry! 2 full baths - was nice to be able to use the potty when the other was occupied! If I was going to add anything, It would be a guest book for visitors to sign and add a few board games & books for different ages. A sign "Coyote Ridge" outside would've been a nice touch too. The GPS treats the road your on and the road the cabin is not like its the same so it may tell you the place is on the left. I found it because I knew what to look for. (It was on my right because we weren't advised to turn on the cabin road) We were very happy with our stay! Will be back!

Property is not maintained at all
1. During our stay, it rained almost every day. every time it rains, water comes inside through a window in the dining area. It's been going on for a long time as we can see woods near the floor where water hits, are rotten and it's dangerous to walk around barefoot in that area. 2. Front porch is also in the same condition - water gets in when it rains. 3. Front porch was full of spider web 4. Flooring needs to be changed as it is uneven in places and we did get hurt walking barefoot. 5. TV remote battery chamber does not close, so the owner has duct tape around it. And sure enough, duct tape slips and the remote does not work when you need it. 6. 1/2 of one bedroom closet is occupied with Christmas decorations, so you can't use it. 7. Steps to the hot tub are not bolted to the floor, so it is very unstable. I almost fell from it as I was trying to open the cover (which is super duper heavy).
