WE ARE 200m FROM THE FUNICULAR THEREFORE AT THE FOOT OF TRACKS

Welcome Family Apartment:
We put at your disposal for free our facilities for small children: High chair, comfortable baby bed, cutlery, plates, plastic cups.
The apartment is located in front of the playground and very close to the toboggan run. From the apartment stroll ballads are possible.

The price includes final cleaning after your departure, bath mats and kitchen towels.
For hygienic reasons, a set of bed sheets / bath towels / bath mats is imposed on each tenant.
When booking, a fee of €30/person and per stay will be charged for this set.
The beds will be made before your arrival.

The rental price includes tourist taxes.

A pet can be accepted after written authorization from the owner.
The tenant must then accept a charter of good conduct for his animal. A specific fee of 60€ will be charged per stay for 1 animal.

Great location and amazing appartment
Amazing place to stay, right across from our ski hire shop and the lift up to the slopes. Only gripe would be the pillows, they were very thin which after a long days ski is so important

Owner and staff really nice and helpful. Apartment is as described no overselling, in fact would almost better than shown on pictures. Location is perfect close to - Main ski lift, - Beginner slope and/or sleigh slope - supermarket and restaurants Pool could be a little warmer (mostly for the parents) as kids loved it.

Ein etwas älteres Haus mit einer schön renovierten Dachgeschoßwohnung in sehr guter Lage. Nur das im Internet erwähnte Schwimmbad ist außer Betrieb. Großes Wohnzimmer und Küche für die Gemeinsamkeit, zwei Eltern-Kind-Zimmer und zwei Doppelzimmer. Aufzug zum 5. Stock und 1 Garagenstellplatz.

Wieder wunderbare Skiferien genossen
Es war wieder eine sehr tolle Woche die wir genossen haben. Prachts Wetter, hervorragende Pisten und eine perfekte Wohnung. Sehr gut gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bergbahn. Tolle Ferienwohnung an super Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und geräumig. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben extra einen zweiten Kinderstuhl und ein zweites Babybett organisiert. Die Lage ist super zentral. Man ist zu Fuss in 2 Minuten im Dorfzentrum und in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Kinderzauberteppich, wo die Kleinen Skifahren lernen oder Schlitten fahren können. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un excellent long week-end dans l'appartement de Renaud! L'appartement est très spacieux et très lumineux, en duplex (donc sans bruit provenant du dessus). Il a été refait à neuf pour l'étage à vivre (les immenses chambres de l'étages n'ont pas été refaites, mais ce n'est vraiment pas un problème) dans une ambiance montagne-cosy. La cuisine est très claire, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée (électroménager haut de gamme, de la place pour le rangement, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine (assiettes, verres, couverts, mais aussi de grandes casseroles, des poêles et des couvercles, des planches à découper (ça manque souvent dans les locations saisonnières), 2 appareils à raclette et des caquelons pour la fondue, etc.) : bref, on peut vraiment cuisiner si on en a envie! Les literies sont confortables. L'appartement a 3 salles de bain, toutes refaites: 1 en duplex (avec douche et WC), et deux à l'étage de vie (1 spacieuse avec bain et toilette et l'autre plus petite avec douche, et toilettes séparés). La pièce à vivre donne sur un grand balcon qui fait face à la Plaine des Ecluses, espace gazonné non construit, dédié aux enfants, aux promeneurs et aux atterrissages de parapentes. L'appartement est aussi bien ensoleillé (matin et soir à cette époque de l'année), et très bien situé, très près de toutes les commodités (2 supermarchés à mois de 5 min de marche. idem pour les pharmacies, restaurants à proximité immédiate, funiculaire menant au ski-lift juste en face, tout en ne subissant pas le bruit d'un centre de station. Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis comme chez nous et avons juste regretté de ne pas être restés plus longtemps... Un merci tout spécial à Renaud et à Jess - qui gère l'appartement - pour leur réactivité face à notre réservation plus que dernière minute!

Skiferie i Nendaz
En dejlig rummelig lejlighed med god beliggenhed. Fint poolområde, god afstand til skilift og indkøb, p-plads til bil. Fine senge, desværre med en del dobbelt dyner, som vi ikke havde betræk med til og ikke var informeret om. Lejlighederne er ikke alt for 'lydtætte' og vi blev en aften anmeldt hos politi'et for at larme og gå op og ned af vores trappe inde i lejligheden, vi var 9 pers. i lejligheden der havde spillet kort, hygget og grinet.

Ruim en goed ingericht appartement. Skilift en winkels vlakbij. Rustige omgeving tijdens de nacht. We komen al jaren in Nendaz en dit was zeker het beste verblijf tot nu toe. Zou het zo weer huren.

Près de tout!
Appartement conforme à nos attentes. Maison un peu vieillotte mais super propre et l’appartement est refait à neuf et vraiment beau et agréable à vivre. Baigné de soleil du matin au soir et proche de tout! 2 min pour aller au supermarché et à la pharmacie, 10 minutes pour arriver aux cabines. Super!!

Erster Eindruck wegen des defektem Garage-Tor nicht überwältigend....Aber beim betreten der Wohnung ist dieser Eindruck korrigiert worden. Sehr gute Lage. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage
Die 2 stöckige Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen. Bergbahnen, Velovermietung, Schwimmbad, Tennisplätze, Tischtennistische, Fussballkäfig, Wellness im gegenüber liegenden Hotel, etc. sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Notwendige. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr sonnig und verfügt über einen grossen Balkon. Wir (2 Familien - 5 Erwachsene, 3 Teenager, 1 Kind) haben in Nendaz wunderbare Aktivferien verbracht.
