The Saffron cottage is a one of three cottages of the farmhouse La Ghiga.
The renovations of the farmhouse started in 2015 . It was originally the barn, which had been abandoned for several years. It is located inside the Sansoni Organic Farm which extends over more than 150 hectares.
The restoration process was gradual and with a keen eye for creative reuse, modernity and, above all, eco-sustainability.
