Our (588 sq ft) tiny tree house-inspired retreat offers a one-of-a-kind vacation a few steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy a soak in the private hot tub, take in the fresh sea air from the comfort of the outdoor deck, or cozy up inside by the wood-burning stove. The perfect destination for couples, solo-travelers and small families looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

THE SPACE:
Living Room:
A cozy oasis where you can unwind and play cards by the wood-burning fire, snuggle up on the comfy leather couch, or gather around the dining table.
Kitchen:
Our fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with all the modern amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. And if you don't feel like cooking, you can walk to the village market and shops!
Please Note: We have an induction cooktop which is really amazing new technology. However, it takes some getting used to. It cooks VERY fast. So always start with a low temperature.
Main Level Bedroom: Queen bed with high-end linens giving the space a cozy and intimate feel. The bed fills most of the room and guests may find it easiest to exit from the foot of the bed.
Loft Bedroom: The queen bed is nestled under arched ceilings, with windows that let in plenty of natural light. The only catch? There is a low spot on the hybrid stair/ladder combo as you first come up, so watch your head!
Bathroom: A walk-in shower with natural and eco-friendly products and fluffy towels.
THE DETAILS:
OUTDOOR SPACE: Enjoy the ocean breeze on our large deck, perfect for dining , sipping your favorite beverage or BBQ on the Weber grill. Later head down the stairs to the covered patio to relax in a swinging chair or soak in the HOT TUB. You will also find a solo stove fire pit to enjoy.
WASHER AND DRYER: We did it! It was a struggle to make our dream of having a full-size washer and dryer available, but we found a spot in the lower shed in our covered area below the house.
DOG-FRIENDLY: We welcome your furry friends (dogs only), but please note that we're not fenced. $50 flat fee for your stay.
READING NOOK: Up in the loft is a corner with a leather chair to relax with a good book and a cup of tea in this private little area.
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
The architectural features of this unique home add to the character of the space, making it a perfect getaway for those who appreciate the charm of vintage design and the practicality of modern and high-end amenities. However, before booking, please consider :
-- This is a 580 sq ft tiny home, spaces are small and storage is limited.
-The hybrid stair/ladder leading to the loft/2nd bedroom may not be suitable for everyone.
- There are low beams going up into the loft where you will need to watch your head.
- We do not have child friendly amenities. Young children would need to be watched carefully for safety.
-- Our max occupancy is 4 guests but please keep in mind 4 adults is VERY crowded with little room for luggage. Ideally this space is suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1-2 small kids.

It’s important for us to maintain exceptional cleaning standards. 100% plus of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.
- By renting you are agreeing to all hot tub safety rules and risks.
- We require a $500 security deposit, which is only charged in the event of excessive damage. Prior to your arrival, a temporary hold for the deposit amount will be placed on your card, but it will be released one day after check-out. Rest assured, we will discuss any potential damages with you before charging the deposit.

Wonderful anniversary getaway!
Had a great and very relaxing time with my wife for our anniversary. The house was perfect for the two of us. The deck was a wonderful place to have breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed.

Adorable “treehouse” getaway
Just as described! Very cute, small, modern, perfect lil spot. Loved the deck, tub, location, fully equipped kitchen, cute decor, beach chairs and wagon, and laundry on site!
Small spaces near both beds, stair case, and kitchens but well described and would be happy to start again!

Cozy Getaway
Ultimately, would definitely book again! We had good communication and ease of checking in/out. No major issues throughout our stay. Had a little bout with a neighborhood kiddo putting mud on our rental car handles but luckily it went no further than that. Loved the decor, had all the amenities listed and that are needed especially when you’re not trying to eat out every day. Less than 5-min to the beach! Less privacy in the back than we initially thought. Would have liked an extra sweep of cleaning (some extra dust/sand throughout) and dog hair from previous guests on a blanket. But otherwise very clean! Great for small families but maybe look into another of their properties if your kiddo just started crawling (mom thought kiddo wouldn’t be crawling yet so figured we’d be good that it’s not overly kid friendly). If you’re extra tall or larger the shower may not be for you. I’m petite and could barely turn in it and my spouse over 6’4 definitely struggled a bit more. Neighborhood is super cute, relaxing, and local provisions were amazing. In the end we would still book this location again, no questions asked!

Incredible!
My girlfriend and I had the absolute best time. The house is so well done, with everything you could need. Its recently remodeled, feels modern and cozy, and is so close to the beach. We loved the supplied games as well and had a blast!
The wood stove and hot tub are amazing. We will be back 100%!

Perfect house in Neskowin
Our family recently enjoyed a short vacation at the “Weekender” house in Neskowin, Oregon during the 4th of July weekend. It was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
The location was breathtaking, tucked in the trees of the adorable Neskowin village. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and provided all the comforts of home. The beach access was a highlight, allowing us to easily enjoy the sand and waves. The local community of Neskowin was welcoming, and we loved exploring the town and their traditions around the 4th of July holiday..
The property owners were exceptional, providing excellent communication and support throughout our stay. Overall, our 4th of July getaway in Neskowin was unforgettable, and we highly recommend this VRBO house for anyone looking for a memorable coastal escape.
Thank you to the owners for creating such a remarkable experience for our family. We can't wait to return!

Birthday getaway
It was an amazing getaway! The house is in a great location, great neighborhood, easy access to the beach. The house is so cozy and comfortable. I loved the decor and everything in it. The house was very clean and maintained. They really took the time to add special details and touches. Everything in the house was perfect to the high end appliances and cookware to the matching soap bottles in the bathroom. The description and pictures about the house are very accurate and informative. The host was awesome to communicate with. She gave detail instructions and updates. She also was quick to respond to any questions. Loved the hot tub! Make sure to have the pizza at the cafe on Hawk creek and visit the ghost forest! All was walking distance.

Perfect!
The Weekender was absolutely perfect. The house is cozy and comfortable, and the owners have considered every detail. It was spotless, very well-stocked, beautifully-decorated, and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the kitchen, the hot tub, the huge deck, and the short walk to the beach. Everything was exactly as descriped in the listing, and communication with Sarah was easy and quick. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you for the perfect escape. We will be back!
