We have stayed before and the standard is as good as ever. The Ship is ideal for us to stay at as we have family minutes away in Neston. Food was as good as always. No complaints.

Great hotel with fantastic restaurant
We enjoyed our stay at The Ship. We stayed in a smaller queen room and it fit our needs for a one-night stay between traveling to and from other destinations. We thought the staff was great and the restaurant was excellent! We had dinner and drinks and wow, it was a fantastic meal. Probably one of the best meals of a 10-day vacation! The breakfast was also really good and was included in our stay. We would stay here again.

The ship is a great place very clean, all the staff were great, excellent food. The only little problem I had was the bed was a little too hard for me but all on all very good and would definitely stay again.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Always service with a smile. Food was fantastic for the evening meal in the main restaurant. The breakfast was lovely, with the buffet option included, with plenty of options and extra bits like Chia seeds and apricots for the cereals and beautiful pastries included too. The staff in particular Chloe and Aleesha really made our stay worthwhile. We have already booked to come again.

Had a lovely stay at The Ship. The room was very nice. And the breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt it was worth paying the extra for the room with the 4 post bed.

A lovely stay with great views over the Dee estuary from the front. This is a high quality and high standard pub with excellent food, great beers and the accommodation was in well appointed and smart rooms. Service was excellent and a car park on site. The management and owners understand high standards and what hospitality is all about so you won’t be disappointed here.

A great place to stay
The hotel was excellent room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a great bar serving a range of local real ales which helped wash down the excellent dining. Overall a very nice place to stay with its own free parking
