Separate entrance, the gîte is located on the ground floor. It consists of an equipped kitchen with dining area, opening onto a small terrace, a living room, three bedrooms: 1 bed of 180X200, 2 beds of 90X200 which can be combined into a bed of 1. 80 and 1 bed of 160x200 (with private bathroom and WC), a second bathroom with spa bath, walk-in shower and double sink and a separate WC.
