Directly on the waterfront apartment with great views over Lake Hainer. At the gates of Leipzig you will discover the restored nature. Let yourself be woken up by the tickle of the morning sun and catch the first enchanting images of the morning seascape. A tea or coffee will start your day, which offers many attractions. Go water skiing or use our own pedal boats, which you are welcome to borrow permanently or for a day trip. The lake suburb offers many paved paths, so that even cyclists and inliners whether big or small get their money's worth.
If a cloud has moved in front of the sun, the short distance of 12 km to the city center of Leipzig offers a great balance. Numerous historical to modern sights are probably the hallmark of this small but magnificent and fine city.
But if you prefer lazing around, this apartment offers plenty of opportunities to relax or even cook in the spacious kitchen.
For the rest, our guests value their self-catering. The refrigerator offers enough space for this. Please note, however, that we have waived an oven in the equipment.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die freie Nutzung von Tretboot und SUP war vor allem für unsere Kinder optimal. Die Lage der Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Lage
Unser Kurzurlaub am Hainer See war erholsam und einfach nur traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist modern, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Nächte sind sehr ruhig und der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft. Dass man die Tretboote kostenlos nutzen kann, ist genial und das Wasser des See's ist sehr klar und sauber. Wir haben nen Spaziergang um den See gemacht, uns sind gerade mal 10 Personen entgegengekommen, obwohl in Sachsen Ferien sind. Badeschuhe mitnehmen und wer ne Zwiebel schneiden will, sollte ein scharfes Messer einstecken. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Bachmann war sehr nett. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Danke nochmal für die schöne Zeit.

Wunderschöner Ausblick über den See
Ein schönes 1-Zimmer-Appartement für 1-2 Personen. Hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtet mit Balkon und Blick über den See. Toll ist es, dass man das Tretboot nutzen und damit auf den See fahren kann. Da die Wohnung nicht im Erdgeschoss liegt, hat man nur mit dem Boot Zugang zum See. Wie und wo man im Sommer in der Nähe des Hauses schwimmen gehen kann, konnten wir nicht sehen, haben wir aber auch nicht gebraucht. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön wäre es, wenn es im Eingang ein paar Haken geben würde, um Jacken o.a. aufzuhängen. Leider gab es auch im Kleiderschrank keine Kleiderbügel, so dass wir die nassen Sachen (es hat leider öfters geregnet) immer im ganzen Appartement und Bad verteilen mussten, um sie zu trocknen. Das war etwas nervig. Ein paar Ergänzungen zur Lage etc.. Die Entfernung nach Leipzig beträgt ca. 30 km, man muss da ungefähr 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit einplanen und sollte mit einem PKW anreisen. Im Inserat steht "...ein kurzer Weg von 12 km in die Leipziger Innenstadt..." - das stimmt so nicht. Was uns auch gewundert hat, war der Schlüsselbund mit 7 Schlüsseln, von denen unklar ist, für was die alle sind. Sinnvoller wäre es, wenn man bei der Ankunft die beiden Schlüssel für Tür und Licht bekommt und alle anderen werden markiert und hängen im Appartement. So war es jedes Mal ein unnötiges und langes Suchen und Probieren. Das geht praktischer. Für Kaffeetrinker: es gibt eine normale Kaffeemaschine für Kaffeepulver und Filtertüten.

Die Wohnung war super mit klasse Ausblick. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir eigene Tretboote hatten. Der Strand war mit dem Auto auch gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt hatten wir paar schöne Tage dort. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche mit vielen Aktivitäten, wie baden und Fahrrad fahren. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass Tretboote und SUP`s zum Objekt gehörten und wir direkt vom Bootssteg insWasser konnten. Schade fanden wir, dass keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe war, z.B. für frische Brötchen.

entspannte Auszeit
Sehr ruhige Lage, schöne Gegend zum spazieren und Radfahren, Fewo mit super Raumaufteilung, für 2 Personen einfach optimal, Fußbodenheizung brauchte etwas Zeit bis die Temperatur angenehm war, herrlicher Blick auf den See, Beschreibung und Bilder wie in Realität, sehr angenehm war das Angebot der kostenfreien Nutzung der Tretboote, SUP wäre auch möglich gewesen, war uns nur zu kalt, kleinen Abzug gibt es dafür, dass das Geschirr sehr übersichtlich war, Pfanne und Schneidebrett gab es leider gar nicht. Würden trotzdem nochmal hier buchen, da man wirklich gut entschleunigen könnte und auch die Check-in / Check-out Abwicklung liefen sehr unkompliziert.

Schöne Lage, schöne Wohnung, wurden leider etwas vergessen zur Schlüssel-Einweisung-Stunde.
Dann war alles klar und es konnte mit dem Tretboot losgehen/ gefahren werden. Wohnung war sauber und optimal für den Gast. Etwas wenig Geschirr/ Besteck brachte uns auf neue Ideen. Die Umgebung mit Reitmöglichkeiten war für die Enkelin ein tolles Erlebnis. VG Simone Eckstein
