Nice hotel near center of town. A bit pricey for the accommodations. Nice staff. Rooms could have brighter light bulbs in bath. Overall nice stay.

Es hat mir gar nicht gefallen! Das Zimmer war furchtbar. Das Frühstück war schlecht. Das Personal war unfreundlich. Alles in allem ein Reinfall! Die Staft Wismar hingegen, war sehr sehenswert!!!

Huonetta ei siivottu ilman erillistä pyytämistä ja ei joka kerta vaikka pyysinkin tai siivous oli puutteellista (pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu, roskikseen ei laitettu uutta roskapussia jne.) Lisäksi hotellin esittelyssä oli mainittu sauna sekä pyykkitupa, kummatkin olivat kiinni Covid:iin vedoten. Aulabaarissa sai odotella pitkään ennen kuin sinne joku tuli palvelemaan.

Ueberteuert, schlechte aussrattung, nicht einmal eine mischbatterie in der dusche. Verbruehungsgefahr. Die zimmer sind winzig und im keller, die rezeption war ueberfordert und extrem.langsam.

Statt der gebuchten Suite bekamen wir ohne Kommentar und ohne das Angebot, den Preis entsprechend zu reduzieren, ein Doppelzimmer. Es gab diesbezüglich auch keine Entschuldigung von Seiten des Hotels. Wir müssten auf den Fehler hinweisen und den veränderten Preis einfordern. Im Zimmer gab es kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen. Der Portiere wollte sich darum kümmern, aber am nächsten Tag gab es weder eine Erklärung/ Entscheidung noch heißes Wasser. Der Service war sichtlich überfordert und personell schlecht aufgestellt. So bekamen wir fehlendes Toilettenpapier einfach in die Hand gedrückt und das Büffet beim Frühstück konnte aufgrund Personalmangels kaum nachgefüllt werden. Zumindest eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels reichte, wie sie uns erzählte, aufgrund dieser Zustände ihre Kündigung ein. Nachzuvollziehen, denn die schlechte Energie war an allen Ecken zu spüren. Die Eigentümerin des Hotels reagierte auf eine diesbezügliche Mail unsererseits gar nicht.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich recht schön, unser Zimmer war angenehm groß und das Bad in einem sehr guten Zustand. Beim einchecken war das Personal völlig überlastet. Es wurden falsche Aufenthaltsscheine ausgegeben und die Namen vertauscht. Beim Test ebenfalls nicht auf den Namen geachtet. Aber am schlimmsten fand ich das Frühstück, es läuft zwar viel Personal durch die Gegend, aber Service kann man das nicht nennen. Man hat das Gefühl als Gast nur im Wege zu stehen. Brötchen der billigsten Sorte auf Zuteilung. Aufmachung des Frühstücks eine Katastrophe. 1 Marmelade 1 Honig, nicht zu empfehlen. Cappuccino aus dem Automat eine Katastrophe, der Kaffee ging gerade so. Für ein großes Frühstück, sehr enttäuschend. Für ein 4 Sternehaus nicht akzeptabel. Das haben wir in anderen Hotels, trotz Pandemie, anders kennengelernt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was sehr schön war.

Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal hier. Ich merke noch an, dass es beim zweiten Besuch unter Corona Bedingungen war. Insgesamt ist es ein schönes und gemütliches Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich hab mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war diesmal unter den Erwartungen. Sauber war es. Wobei die Reinigung, aufgrund Corona womöglich nicht bei meinem Aufenthalt stattfand. Allerdings waren die Möbel sehr abgenutzt und der Kühlschrank war leicht verdreckt die Tür kaputt. Es gab überall ein paar Ecken und Schrammen. Das Bad war sauber, hatte aber auch schon besser Tage gesehen. Beim ersten Besuch hatte ich im selben Hinteraus ein deutlich besseres Zimmer. Das Frühstück war o.k. und insgesamt ausreichend. Aufgrund von Corona bewerte ich es mit „Augenzudrücken“ immer noch als Tip für Wismar. Die Lage ist toll. Der Parkplatzpreis geht so.
