It was cool staying at a cave hotel. We only stayed 1 night so we could experience that. Our room had 5 beds. We did have several issues though, our door would not close, we didn't have any garbage pail, hand soap and the bathroom door also would not close. I think they just renovated the room and were not finished. But it was very good value.

Cave Hotel - amazing place to stay.
We stayed in one of the cave rooms (5 beds), a little cramped but it is a cave so.... that is expected. Wonderful breakfast reach morning included which really made the cost of the roim amazing considering the breakfast included. The best part is the riof top terrace. Just amazing. We had an amazing view of the hot air balloons one morning right over the top of us. Highly recommended hotel.

There was no air conditioning in the room. And because of the heat, it was impossible to stay in the room between 10am and 8pm. Also, the water in the shower was luke warm. The wifi didn't work well. The breakfast was exactly the same for the 3 days we were at this facility. The overall experience staying was average.

Not the best hotel, but by far the best hosts
Our stay was lovley and we liked our host. ahmet, his mother and all his family were great. My wife and our children liked them, the are very polit and lovley. The hotel it self is not the best hotel but the plus is the host. the bathroom wasn't very clean the beds were ok and the breakfast was testy and good.

Nice stay for a family at a great price.
Very nice quiet stay with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable however the bathrooms could do with some attention / maintenance . However you can't beat it for the price paid.

No attention to guests during visit
We arrived to hotel with little guidance from staff. Father was welcoming to us but directed to us to his son. No complains about family but was really disappointed with lack of attention and response to the water leak in our room. Our entire bathroom was a swimming pool for Day 1 with water dripping down the steps into the sleeping area. Considering we had gotten off of a 22 hours flight with 3 kids you would think that owners would show some empathy. The toilet/drain over flowed due to blockage and water came into our living area. The son's initially to troubleshoot the issue with no success. His initial reaction was to just throw some towels on the wet area and clean up the mess on the floor. We should have been over to another room immediately but we were told to wait as the "expert was on his way". It took about 3-4 hours for water issue to be fixed and we were able to use the toilet again. On Day 2 we noticed there was more water leaking from the wall near the sink area and we had to constantly put towels down on the floor and walk around the room with our shoes. The solution was always to throw more towels on the floor. And even this only happened after I would remind them. Seeing we were tired and only there for 2 days I did not want to ruin our trip and make a big scene. There was no garbage pickup or change of towels. We just piled wet towels on the floor until the day we checked out. Zero service. I would not stay here again.

Friendly hotel at an excellent location
We were st Goreme for little more than a day. This gen of a hotel is at a central location and a very good value for the price. They served us breakfast with an array of homemade jams, freshly baked bread, eggs, turkey, cheeses and more, the traditional Turkish coffee was always there. Room facilities were fine although the lighting in the room was s bit dim, possibly because they wanted to give a cave like experience. Hotel staff was very helpful and arranged for our balloon rides st only 75 euros per person. We thought it was very reasonably priced. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
