The hotel is gorgeous, clean and smells great. The staff at reception are super unfriendly and super unhelpful. The only staff that were helpful was the cleaning lady for our room and the lady at breakfast. I loved the decor of the hotel and the location. Breakfast was not worth the money we paid for it. This hotel is clean and its location is good but the service is horrible. Staff should always be helpful towards guests.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing as the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff gave us an overview on what to see, provided us with maps and some advice so we could optimize our time there. The breakfast was very nice with a small balcony where we were able to see the hot air balloons at sunrise. Goreme is a small area, so the hotel was also close to everything we needed! Highly recommend.

Convenient due to location in the center. Its few steps to a small grocery. The bus area, restaurants and shopping are nearby. You can walk to the attractions. The view from the breakfast area is stunning as you can see the rock formations and top of sunset view. The best part is the reception staff who are very accomodating, helpful, attentive and quickly provide your requests. Also, the lady who prepares the breakfast is very nice and we liked the breakfast. We highly recomnend hotel stay at Volare.

This hotel is very clean and spacious. It is located near restaurants. Some staffs were very friendly and helpful especially the first young man received us. He was amiable and carried our luggages to our room. Two of them at the front desk were not bad yet not that professional. We booked the balloon tickets for the next morning with the frontdesk staffs. It went smoothly.

Nice, quiet hotel situated on a side street, just away from the busy centre. Big room, that was clean and had a nice view out too which was a bonus! Good buffet style breakfast served on the upper floor with an amazing view from the small terrace. The food was constantly getting topped up and refreshed while we were there, no complaints at all during our 2 night stay!

It was a nice place. But if you have a wheel chair or cane. It’s a problem. They have no elevator . Only stairs. No rail on the outside entrance . The hotel is close to everything if you want to shop or get something to eat. I felt safe as a solo female. I had to use google translete. They don’t talk much English . Very clean hotel. Very friendly.
