There were small hairs on part of the sink in our room from what looked like someone shaving a beard. The elevators were dirty and several pieces of furniture were broken in our room. The breakfast was delicious. Some staff were friendly, others acted put out by having to wait on you. We stayed 2 nights and both evenings when returning from dinner 2 men were hanging outside by the rear entrance smoking marijuana which stunk up the lobby to the rear entrance and made me feel unsafe.

It was peaceful and in a good location. It is an up and coming neighborhood so more restaurants would be great. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant.

House Keeping was very off. We stayed 3 days & were told we qualified for house keeping. Gee, wasn't that always included? So I said Yes, I want house keeping. Day 1 no house keeping, day 2 our room was cleaned but left towels for only 1 which I didn't discover until I was in the shower & had to use my husband's wet towel. Outside day 3 there were male residents in the parking lot drining beer & making noise. I felt unsafe around that.

New Doesn’t Mean Better
This hotel was built in 2016 and looks like it has had zero maintenance since. The walls and doors have scratches all the way down the halls from what I assume are the maid’s cleaning carts. The walls by all the outlets are filthy and black. The floors need some major cleaning. The signs in the elevator are broken and tore up. The furniture in the breakfast area are all stained. The bottom of the white curtains are black from the dirty floors. For such a nice and new area, I was completely shocked.
