A relaxing dream with a view! This unique country cottage with a separate guest house can accommodate 12 people so bring the family. Our beautiful hill country vibes will make your weekend relaxing and our spacious spreads will ensure you and your guests enjoy their stay with a little elbow room.

The Retreat is also equipped with a large open/closed barn-area to keep your guests out of the weather. The barn is equipped with tables, chairs, and an outdoor gas grill for your festivities. Plenty of space to let your hair down, free of stress and screens.

Cozy and spacious house
This was such a cute property and great for multiple families staying. We utilized this property for me and my husbands wedding. All of the brides maids stayed in the house with us to assists with the wedding and it was perfect. The host were great and even gave us an extra hour or so to check out. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Perfect to use with Geronimo Oaks Venue
My daughter got married on a Saturday at the venue next door. We rented from Thurs.-Monday. to make sure there was enough time for friends and festivities. It is very rustic and the only rental that close to the venue, but it is in the country and perfect for bridal party convenience.The staff is extra accommodating and answered whenever we had a question. We did rehearsal bbq in the barn and hair and make-up in the house with PLENTY of room. Highly recommend it, especially for a wedding at Geronimo Oaks!

Such a fabulous place to stay! Right around the corner from Geronimo Oaks wedding venue making it easy to set up/take down for the wedding. The party barn is also a perfect location for family and the wedding party to gather for a fun and relaxed rehearsal dinner! Highly recommend this property and the manager was extremely helpful!!

We stayed here and had our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding. Lots of space for the dinner. Was super convenient having a place this close to the venue to stage all the stuff we needed. Highly recommend.

Hidden Gem!!!!
This place is awesome!! Rented it for my friends and family to attend my daughter’s wedding at Geronimo Oaks. The barn was perfect for the Rehearsal Dinner with plenty of room for a large gathering! Lots of space for everyone to sleep and relax without being on top of each other. The washer and dryer was a huge benefit and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. There are also plenty of bathrooms for a big group. We all truly enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect Compliment to the wedding venue near by. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!!!

Peaceful and stress free wedding get away.
My husband and I booked this location after hearing about all its wonderfulness from another bride and groom who stayed following there wedding at Geronimo Oaks. Let me just say it was the BEST decision we made! The location was so close to the venue and as a couple who lives about 30 min away it was perfect for our wedding weekend. We were able to bring everything we needed up the day before the wedding and didn't have to worry about driving into SA to gather anything that was missing. We had stores within minutes of our stay and venue that made everything so easy. The house ya'll! IT WAS EMACULATE! So clean and fresh when we arrived, and nestled perfectly for some peaceful sleep. We had plenty of room for our wedding party and a few family members that stayed with us in anticipation of the coming weekend of fun. The beds were extremely comfortable and the restrooms were large! The kitchen is gorgeous and has space for all that stayed! We would give everything 10 stars if we could! Thank you to the owner for allowing us to have a great stay!

Perfect for Families
Rented the property for family to stay near the wedding venue. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Bedrooms are good sizes. Plenty of parking, amazing view. The grandkids roamed and explored every day and didn’t care that there were no TVs on The property. The party barn was amazing. It catches wonderful breezes and had tables, chairs, grill, bar etc. The sunrise views are fantastic. Huge closets (plenty of room to spread out a wedding dress train) and lots of storage. Great porches, especially off the primary bedroom. Guest cottage has a large sink and toilet bathroom but no shower or bath but that wasn’t an issue for us. Primary bedroom toilet and guest cottage toilet flushed the best. Kitchen had no towels or washcloths but luckily one family member with us brought some with them. We had 13 in the house but the house can sleep 16 with the full size bottom bunks. Appliances worked great. Plenty of skillets and pots were available, but more large bowls, cookie sheets/pizza pans, and utensils like rubber spatulas would have been helpful for guests that need to cook there. Beds were comfortable. No issues with Wi-Fi at all. Quiet area. Equally close to Seguin and New Braunfels. Perfect if you are using the wedding venue down the street. Highly recommend. We all hated to leave!

The outside grill only half of the side worked so we had to purchase a grill since the wedding rehearsal dinner was planned there. The main bedrooms ac did not cool properly But overall did not have major issues

We rented out the property for ourselves and our bridal party. Best decision ever! It was a great place to have our rehearsal dinner and gathered after the reception to party the night away. The house had ample space and amenities. And the party barn was an added plus! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!!

We were married at the Geronimo Oaks Venue and used the property as our meeting point with family and friends. The venue manager was graceful and helped us set up tables and chairs as well as heat lamps for our rehearsal dinner. The property was perfect for our out of town guests as well as family to rest after the festivities. The master was great for the bride and grooms getaway! Loved the entire experience. The staff truly took care of us.
