Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Frig was cold. Small freezer worked. Coffee machine worked. I said Service was a 1. We didnt have service. Had fabulous Philly Beef and Cheese and Reuben Bites up the street at an Irish Pub. We sat outside at the back of the motel in the sun on chairs that were on the patio ourside the room.

Good hotel for the price you pay
For the price you pay for the hotel it is a good deal. The hotel needs many upgrades. However, it was clean staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel close to places to eat. They do allow pets with a 20$ per night fee and a cash deposit of 75$ that you get back when they check the room when you check out. The sliding glass doors in the shower don't slide well and in one of our rooms it poped out and my son had to put it back in. For a non-smoking room my bed sped had burn holes in it that I reported to the front desk so i would not be charged for. The day you check out your key stops working at 10 even though check out time is 11 so i had to keep one person in the room as we were loading the car.

It was clean, the folks were nice, it had a microwave & fridge with a freezer. Only issues: 1. We reserved a room that said on Expedia that it had a wheelchair accessible bathroom, but it did not. We are not wheelchair-bound, but have mobility issues & need grab bars & room to help each other. No grab bars & the bathroom was like 6 × 6 & when hubby sat on the toilet, his knees hit the tub. 2. The pictures on Expedia were of a room with a kitchenette. Most definitely not a kitchenette. Not overwhelming negative, but these folks need to be more honest with their representations of these rooms.

No internet or posted hours
The host was very helpful but the internet was down so I had to pay in cash unexpectedly. The site implied 24 hour front desk service but apparently they closed at midnight. I barely made it back with cash from an atm but as the office didn’t open until 6, and I had to leave by 5, there was no way for me to get my deposit back. I’m hoping they can reimburse me digitally or with a check.

This is an old motel that could use a lot of refurbishing. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom in really bad shape. There wasn’t even a holder for the to. The one thing I can say is the front desk staff was great and very helpful.

Front desk said I wasn't allowed to book the way I booked (4 adults in one room), I asked why Hotels.com would let me book it that way, then they talked to someone and said oh actually that's fine. Not the cleanest place, not amazing service, you get what you pay for.

Enjoyed my stay here at this motel. Toya was very friendly and helpful and welcomed me there at my arrival ensured everything was okay. Love this motel will be returning in September. Love Susquehanna County Pennsylvania.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled like smoke which the worker noted when I complained and she came to review and agreed with me, however she would not do anything to compensate me including a different room or a small discount. The pillows smelled strange, I suspect the sheets were not recently washed. The venetian blinds and the drawstring curtains were defective, the employee said she would report it. But clearly nothing was done to compensate for these deficiencies. I won't be staying here anymore.
