Come to enjoy and explore what LIVING IN NEW ORLEANS is all about! Ready to tour the city all day and return to a great home base at night? Sip your coffee (or adult beverage!) while strolling the brick paved streets? Take in the ambiance of the Crescent City’s French Quarter? Our pied-à-terre (home) is your best choice in a fabulous location with easy access to everything treasured that one must see in this fine city!

We are steps from Bourbon Street within close walking distance to everything!

This historic building has been carefully converted into apartments taking care to retain the beauty and charm throughout each home. Granite counter tops, high ceilings and polished wood floors are all part of her character - and await your arrival!

This very safe and secure building includes: elevator, fitness room, and rooftop deck area with fabulous city views!

Our spacious 830 sq. ft. apt. is a tastefully decorated 1 B/1B, fully equipped with everything you need for your home-away-from-home experience. It has a large living/dining open concept with comfy queen sofa sleeper for extra guests.

The bedroom has a queen bed and leads into a large combination walk-in closet/dressing area with vanity table & chair; washer and dryer located here; the bathroom is en suite.

MAX. OCCUPANCY is 4 adults. But please reach out for a conversation if you have questions.

HAVE A CAR?
GARAGE PARKING is available in the garage next door, please ask about our rate - it is considerably less than what the garage charges. The garage is staffed 24/7, well lit. NOTE: (1) VEHICLE, 7'-0" MAX ENTRANCE, NO DUALLYS OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES. The GARAGE DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, you will self-park on level 3 or above. If you have mobility issues (or several bags), ask to be let off at the building entrance before the car is parked.

KITCHEN INCLUDES: oven, range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig, toaster and water cooler! We have coffee pods, non-dairy creamers, and sugar/non-sugars, too.

We provide bath conveniences: 2 hairdryers, lots of soft towels, extra linens. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment with laundry supplies, located in the walk-in closet. We currently do not provide toiletries.

Other comforts you will enjoy are central air & heat; ceiling fans; 55” TV (cable provided) in both the living & bedroom; and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi private to home.

IMPORTANT POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW:
Our home and building is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS property. You may smoke on our balcony w/the sliding door closed, please. The balance of our building is non-smoking, etc. in all public spaces with the exception of the rooftop deck. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.

As this is our home the above mentioned are NON-NEGOTIABLE. We also have a CAPACITY LIMIT of 4 guests (will accommodate 5 - just ask!). Offenders will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.

When you send a booking request you confirm you understand our policies and will honor them - and we're thankful!

WE RECOMMEND purchasing TRAVELER'S INSURANCE if you visit Nola during hurricane season. Vrbo will not cover you. We only refund if there's been a mandatory evacuation ordered. Insurance covers the rest.

If you have questions prior to booking, my response time will be within 3 hours as long as your message is sent between 8 AM and 7PM CST.

Great little place
This was the perfect place for us to stay. You are not on Bourbon, but steps from Bourbon and you don't hear all the commotion from Bourbon. Michelle was so easy to work with and so very nice! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great clean safe place right in French Quarter.
If you are looking for a nice, clean, and safe place to stay at the heart of the French Quarter, this is it. It’s not on Bourbon Street but it is Bourbon street adjacent. You can see a sliver of Bourbon street from the balcony and you can definitely hear Bourbon street practically all day and night. Didn’t bother us or our sleep. It becomes background noise. I made a bunch of restaurant reservations before arriving not really knowing where everything was in reference to the place but everything was in walking distance! Even the tour operators were in walking distance. Great central location. The host is so very responsive and very clear and detailed with instructions, before, during, and on checkout day. Highly recommend!

This place had everything. Location, cleanliness, and an incredible host! We could not ask for anything better at all. If you need it, this home has it. Michelle is as good of a host as there is. You couldn't ask for better communication. So yourself a favor amd just pick thos home. We will keep staying here for as long as she will have us!

Nice space in great location
We prefer a condo/apt stay to a hotel - we find it helps us to experience what it would be like to live somewhere else. This cute apt is just a block off Bourbon Street, so really central to many spots to visit, see/ eat in, etc. You can walk or take the street car almost everywhere. We enjoyed the pool as well. keep in mind that it is loud at night - to be expected in the French Quarter. We just played ocean sounds on the laptop till we fell asleep!

Great location!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Communication for booking the apartment was outstanding and it was a breeze to check in. We enjoyed the coffee and tea :) The building was close to everywhere we wanted to go. One thing to note is that you are right off of Bourbon St. so there is noise at night, but we did get used to it. It’s muffled enough and didn’t bother us. I highly recommend this property.

The apartment is cute, clean and in a location that is within walking distance to most everything. Correspondence with the property host was excellent. The apartment is in a quiet, clean building. My only complaint is the noice level at night (on a weekend) being close to Bourbon Street, but that goes with the territory.

Experience the heart of New Orleans
We had an excellent experience staying right next to Bourbon Street. The location is minutes away from all the major historical sites and museums in the French Quarter! Our host was exceptional and very welcoming. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Best VRBO experience yet
Truly the best VRBO I've ever stayed at. Wonderful spacious rental. Incredibly well stocked. Communication was the best. Amazing location...many great restaurants within a block or two. And parking was convenient and cheap. Will definitely try to book this again. Only glitch was that the elevator was down for a few hours. But hey...beats a fourth floor walk up!

This Big Easy Property Is a Big Hit!
We've been to New Orleans several times, and this VRBO was our favorite! The property was a perfect fit for my husband and me. It was comfortable and clean, and it felt like a home away from home. We loved starting the morning drinking coffee on the balcony, and we really enjoyed the quiet evenings spent in the pool on the rooftop. The fitness center was another great addition to this property. The location was perfect! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The communication with the owners/property mangager was the best we've had in all of all our experiences with VRBO. They provided detailed descriptions and directions that were immensely helpful, and they always responded promptly to any inquiry we had. This location is well suited to a couple who enjoys the fun of the French Quarter but wants a retreat away from the rowdiness and noise of Bourbon Street.

Honeymoon in New Orleans
Property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. This location is perfect! We were able to walk almost everywhere and also took the trolley. There is some noise at night but not so much that we were disturbed by it. Had a lovely time and would recommend this property highly for its safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and comfort.

Amazing Place to Stay in NOLO
This place was amazing! The place was so unique, location was perfect and it had everything we needed. Plenty of coffee, paper products, laundry detergent, it was so well equipped. Michelle was fantastic to work with! My favorite part was the Madi Gras Tree!!!!

Spacious charming French Quarter apt!
Literally a half block off Bourbon St but not too noisy, this apartment is Mardi Gras in decor, very comfy and exceptionally well stocked. I appreciated the throw blankets and extra Keurig cups. Next door is GW Fins, go there. Across the street is Arnaud's which we didn’t get to try, next time! The communication was exceptionally good, they kept us updated. When there was a glitch with the door, had it solved in five minutes. Would stay again!

Clean, super convenient location, remarkably quiet and well sound proofed apt given its proximity to Bourbon St. Great communication ahead of time with very clear instructions on getting in to the apt and what to expect. Apt was nice and clean and the full kitchen was well supplied which made grabbing breakfast at home very easy. Highly recommend!
