We had to switch rooms due to no hot water, which was fine we got an upgrade. The soap dispenser had the same bottles for shampoo on two of the bottles, the conditioner would not work. We asked for them to be fixed, but did not happen. Bathroom sink was either hot or cold, no in between. Staff were very friendly, as usual. We have stayed here many times. The first room's bathroom was not real clean meaning tile was not the cleanest of mold removal. Second room was much better. We did enjoy the much larger upgraded room and do appreciate the front desk ladies help.

Great place to stay to see New Orleans. Our third visit from Canada and love this hotel. We will be back in April for our next cruise. The people here are very nice and helpful.

Staff was wonderful. Bed was too high for me to get into; staff got a stepstool. Maid service was poor. Aftet i got a trashbag and bagged 3 days of trash, the maid finally took it.

Very beautiful Room I stayed in and it was definitely walkable and enjoyable. The only con was the water was not hot when I took a shower. :(
