Staff were less than friendly at the check in desk but the property is very convenient to see French Quarter. Very pretty inside. The AC in the room worked very well and the room was clean.

The location was good, close walking distance to everything. The beds were bad, not comfortable at all. One of the mattresses had a huge indentation on one side making it so uncomfortable. They squeaked so much everytime you turn. What you want most in a hotel is to have a good night sleep so they definitely need to be replaced.

If you are looking to stay where the action is this is the place! Right in the heart of everything, conveniently located to trolly's, easy uber rides and taxes, food, entertainment, quiet when you want to sleep. I would recommend this hotel and staff was most excellent!

The hotel needs to be updated. Rugs in the room were dirty. Toilet was low to the ground and the toilet kept running. When I tried to call the front desk about the toilet no one would answer the phone. I called several times. When i went down in person to the front desk tell them, they did send someone up to fit it. It wasnt fix it kept running. When i was checking out i again told them about the toilet but it seem like they could careless.

Great place to stay for the money. Great location if youā€™re looking to stay in the French quarter. Valet was a little hectic but being off canal street itā€™s expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
