Simply put I enjoyed everything about this hotel and location. Bourbon and Canal streets are steps away. The hotel was great, staff friendly and they clean your room daily. I would stay again. Everytime I’m in New Orleans this is where I’ll be.

The property itself was good and staffing was good also. Right outside the property bystanders are doing drugs right beside the doors to the entrance. As we were walking in from outside to the entrance of the dinning area connected to the hotel we witnessed someone get shot dead. So it’s not the property itself but what is surrounding the property that makes it a place I would never stay at again. I’m glad we didn’t bring our children with us on this vacation.

Good location but no room cleaning services
The location of the hotel is excellent just next to Bourbon street and very central. we stayed 3 nights and they did not do our beds or clean the room any of the days inspite of us telling them specifically. The bathrooms are a bit old and the water was clogging at the wash basin.

The hotel is in prime location. Lobby is beautiful and staff seemed friendly, though I didn’t interact with them as well. Rooms were big and pretty clean. I found some hair strands in the bathroom but it was minor. My biggest issue was with the pool. The pictures on here make it seem very big but in reality it is tiny.

This was a great place to stay, centrally located to a lot in the French quarter. It however, does need some upgrades as you can tell it is an older hotel and the mattress was not the most comfortable at all. However, overall no major complaints and I would stay again.

Nothing remotely resembling the pictures shown on orbitz. Noisy. People screaming in the halls. Room is extreme old. Filthy carpet. Not any different than a low end motel.
