Stayed at the Ritz Carton for our New Orleans stay, but had to book a different hotel for our final two nights. Our stay at Bienville House was amazing. If I had it to do over, I would stay at Bienville House rather than the Ritz. The room was so sweet and had a perfect private balcony. The location is close to all things and the staff were very kind.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel is in the perfect location in the French quarter. We walked to restaurants and Jackson square within just a few minutes. I would stay again!!

Great location and quiet area. Very walkable to most of New Orleans. Hotel could use a little update. I mustang it’s an older building..but it smelled old. Bed was great…very very comfortable… pillows not so much! Only complaint is I sent 4 emails… 3 to the concierge and one to reservations and never got a response. I was trying to get some info because we were there for our 29th anniversary I would stay again..,I would just make sure to take my own pillows.

Stayed here for the 1st time with a friend and I must say that from the time I walked in the door it felt like home, the staff are wonderful and polite and the rooms were clean, the pool was also clean, easy walk to bourbon st, and other shopping facilities, I would recommend staying here, and if I don't move here I will definitely be back
