Had a pretty good stay. Parking was a bit of a pain and the advertising of breakfast at the hotel not being true was annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and was nicely accommodated.

The best part about this hotel is the location and the employees. It is in a very great location, close to everything you will want to see. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and also very helpful. The rooms however are gross. The hotel really needs a full renovation. There was mold in the hallway, stains on the bed, hair in the tub, the walls are peeling, the ceiling was leaking, it has a bad smell. So much for the beautiful views of the city, because there is some kind of glue residue on the windows and blocking any and everything. I would never ever stay here again. Water takes forever to get hot, the cable messes up badly, beds are extremely old and squeaky. I was charged an incident fee that I knew nothing about prior. Very odd for such a gross hotel. I’d literally checked out of the beautiful and clean Hilton that morning. I really expected more. As clean and beautiful as the Hilton was, there were no hidden fees.

For the price the hotel was decent. While we had a 10th floor room with what was supposed to be a “City View” we couldn’t see anything from the badly deteriorated film over the windows. The bed was mediocre, and room smelled stuffy and wasn’t clean. Had a kind of dingy look to it. Old and antiquated. It was however quiet for the most part, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

While the staff was very courteous, our room was unacceptable. We did not have any windows, which is a building code violation in many cities and states, but apparently not New Orleans. The room also smelled of stale cigarettes. We requests a partial refund in writing and my phone but never received a response. Will not be staying here again.

Room was nothing like online pictures room was very old and outdated. Rug had red stains curtains had holes stayed there and still had to pay $50 per day valet. Had hair in shower and in sink greasy substance on end table and headboard water dripped whole time from shower and ran constantly from the sink. I was very unhappy and disappointed will never stay again.

The staff and restaurant were nice and helpful. However i had a problem with my room key about 3 times until finally got switched to a new room. There was no hot water in the shower and the AC is very noisey.

When walking on the carpet in the room your socks turned black. The bathtub was black and clogged and the condition of the bathroom in general was not nice. The location of the hotel is probably the only good thing about it

Parking is in the street on there’s a parking garage that’s $30 a day ! The he building is very old and out dated doesn’t look much like the pictures. My room had windows but you could see anything out of them. The sheets were stained. The restroom look old and wore out. The place need to be remodeled.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel was clean. But it needs new carpet and upgraded fixtures. We didn't have a plug in our bathroom sink. The shower was good but the water fixture was very high up the wall. Overall it was in a great location with very friendly staff.
