Best location in New Orleans. This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Walking distance to all the main attractions in the French Quarter. We had a loft balcony room and it was incredible. Already planning our trip back.

I loved everything about this hotel … I would like to give an honorable mention for the bartender Phillip … He went above and beyond to make me and my entire family comfortable .. His professional mannerism shouldn’t go unnoticed either, he felt like family .. He is a great addition to your team!!!!!

I loved everything about this hotel; hotel apprearnce, location and the staff were outstanding! My only issue (not complaint) was the drain in the bathroom sink was stained brown and black. Needs to be replaced.

Second time I have stayed here and just love it. Cozy, warm staff. Conveniently located to everything I want. If you want to do something the staff makes it happen. The valet service is excellent too. They remember you and make you feel like family. The breakfast was my grandsons favorite, always started the day right. I will always stay here.

Such a great property & we had a balcony over bourbon street & that was so much fun to share with our friends traveling with us! Pool is perfect for hot days too!

First of all every Hotel in the French Quarters are old and out dated. Bourbon Orleans shows its age but is really taken care of. Room and bathroom was clean, bedding sheets clean. I did have two issues. Toilet stoped working I tried calling front desk but no answer, had to walk downstairs to let them know. Issue was taken care of immediately. Secondly repair guys knocked on my door asked if I will be leaving cause they needed to install shower curtains. I told them I’m checking old tomorrow. Not hotel’s fault but should have instructed installers not to bother guest. Overall a great hotel, great experience. Book it, you’ll enjoy your stay.
