First - Cost: We paid over $800 for 2 nights, far away from downtown (where there was a concert which we were not attending). Second - Check-In: When we checked-in, they gave us a room that was not prepped. We were a party of 4 and there was no bedding or pillows for the pullout bed. Also, additional towels and shampoo were also needed. Third - Staff/Service: Front desk staff could not immediately provide the bedding/pillows needed for the pullout bed once they were informed of the problem. Fourth - Dirty: This property was not clean, and both housekeeping and maintenance staff were not on top of things. Towels were not clean and very worn. The facility needed some updates and basic maintenance. Fifth - Bad Breakfast: The breakfast offering was sub-standard and lacked options. Some food was old/stale and not edible.

Convenient to the airport car rental. Very clean and fine if you are in the area. Industrial neighborhood and most dining is a couple miles closer into town. Serves its purpose well nonetheless.

They seem severely understaffed. The front desk clerk Is also the shuttle driver so we had people waiting 30 minutes Just to check in because they were dropping someone else at the airport. we had 1 singular towel in our room. The hotel could’ve been cleaner the floors were sticky. There was a lot of repairs that weren’t done well. Our shower wall had a second hole where they either removed the curtain pole or placed it wrong. The wallpaper in the high way was literally ripped off the wall. The only good thing was the gentleman that helped us check in.

This property was comfortable. It seems to see high usage. Carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced. Bathroom door seemed to have experienced flooding. We were on the 2nd floor. Wasn’t a bad experience but the property could use an overhaul.

It was a great spot for easy access to downtown. We made last minute reservations for a 2 night stay while attending the Eras tour. I felt the hotel was a bit dated but was clean and safe.
