Conveniently located in a fairly quiet area near the French Quarter. Most of the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit were within walking distance for us. The hotel staff at the reception area were very friendly and helpful. We did have a broken hair dryer in our room, which was quickly replaced. We absolutely loved are stay and would definately stay here again.

This property is in a perfect spot, only a few steps away from Canal Streetzl, 1 block away from the famous Bourbon St. and one block from pick up stops for 3 street car lines and the Mardi Gras World shuttle.

The staff were SO kind and attentive to my 6-year-old son. It's a great place to stay with a family -- walkable to all kinds of attractions and very close to transit. The room itself was clean and spacious. It was a nice refuge after full days of exploring the city!

Good location, close to Bourbon Street and other walkable areas. Staff friendly and helpful. Muffins at $7.00 in the "cafe" inside are overpriced so I went to bakery across the street. The toilet was prone to running (may need repair) - we would jiggle the handle and it would usually stop. We booked through Expedia and were to get free parking, which we disussed with valets (we did tip them) and the front desk, but they still charged us for one day of parking, which they reversed after I called them when we returned home to Seattle.
