It was raining and only 1 elevator was working but you had to stand to one side because rain was pouring in the other side. Sounds dangerous with the electrical.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly. We didnt get in the pool, but it looked nice and well taken care of. The building is obviously old, but clean. We had plenty of towels in our room, and the beds were comfy. The room was a little warm despite turning the air down, and our room was honestly pretty dark. We had 2 small windows that faced a brick wall, and the 2 lamps in the room didnt quite illuminate the space as much as we would have liked. Honestly I'd stay again, but would request a room facing the pool, as the windows looked bigger for those rooms. The location is perfect.

There was a $75 fee to check in 2 hours early (we didnt do it). The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable. For the price point, it wasnt bad but i have stayed in more comfortable and accommodating places.

The room was as advertised, clean and very private. The courtyard outside the room was private and yet only a block from the Bourbon Street right in the heart of the French quarter. Parking was easy and at a competitive rate for that location. Well stay here next trip to New Orleans.

U get what u pay for
When I got there the hotel was nice but when I went to my room, you can see black in the vents and coming out on the ceiling. The tub was dirty. I was really disappointed and I felt like it ruined alot of my trip. However it was much cheaper. The hotel receptionist lacked professionalism as I was ignored while they had conversation. The garage personnel was amazing though.
