I did not like having to pay a deposit. You could run card but not charge if not needed. Waiting for 5-7 business days to refund deposit is crazy.

The bed was awful - hard as a rock and on a metal box so it made noise when you move. Bare bones room without a comfortable chair to sit and read. AC unit very loud. Skimpy towels and soap/shampoo/coffee unless requested. Crummy TV reception and channel selection. I will look for a different place to stay next visit.

When my wife and I arrived at the hotel for check in, no one was at front desk and doors were locked. No one answered the phone when I tried to call. After waiting around for 10 min, we left as we couldnā€™t check in and went to a different hotel

It was nicely updated in the rooms. Seemed like a sketchy area when coming in after dark. The free breakfast was very limited and should have fruit or yogurt or something other than just bread items.

I called after returning from my stay to report that the room was smelly and damp. My two granddaughters were bitten by bed bugs (I have photos). The key card never worked each time we returned to the room and had to go to the office to have it reset which resulted in me wetting my pants. It was bad. I will not be using Days Inn again and am requesting a refund or some type of compensation. I was told that someone would be in touch with me and no one has as of yet. Please check into that for me. Thank you
