The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. It was upsetting that we checked in on the app and put our teenagers in the room next to us and all was fine until we get there and told rooms weren't available and they couldnt get us next to our teens in fact we were on opposite hallways. She just laughed and said nothing they could do.

The street was awful not and you only have valet or park on the street in a not so safe area. Valet changes the settings on my car not sure why they thought it was ok to change my setting but it wasn't nice. I will never go back and spend over 40$ to park.

Very quiet and spacious rooms. Complimentary breakfast changes daily and is a great variety, all is tasty. Beds are awesome. Front desk is the only area I noticed that it was lacking in. No one answers phone calls from room. There's always a line at the desk and 2 people can't seem to ever get anything done. Don't know why their system is so useless but it is.

Old but great. Close to RCI dock.
The lobby is beautiful...much better than the exterior which was dirty and uneven. The room was plain but comfortable with many soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. The lobby is spacious and breakfast was varied and good. However, if you need shuttle service, sign up ASAP!!..fills up quick!

My sister booked direct with hotel. For $50 more a night she got a large sitting room and kitchenette with high ceilings and large windows-I got none of that.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Hampton as usual. Flew in the day after the hurricane and our first hotel fell through but the Hampton Inn came through for us. The evening front desk staff was very helpful and patient with us. Loved that it was a decent walking/driving distance from food and entertainment. Suite was very clean and spacious. Iā€™d definitely stay again.
