Free cruise shuttle

Very clean hotel close to the Riverwalk, French Quarter and Cruise terminal. They offer a free cruise shuttle that was very easy to use. Breakfast was average but was just enough. We will definitely consider them if we return to New Orleans.

Breakfast was good, vallet parking very convenient even if it was a little high, Staff were friendly, Overall we liked it, will definitely choose this Hotel again next time we visit NOLA.

Well, Hilton is always my go to. With that being said,after I checked in and checked under the sheets, I discovered the bedding was never changed. Fecal remains in the toilet. Tub was disgustingā€¦ front desk lady gave me a cleaner room when I showed her the pictures .

Great hotel hear convention center

The hotel was wonderful. Very nice, very comfortable. Clean. Breakfast service was delicious, great options. Setup of the hotel was comfortable
