Great location convenient to airport. Ernie, the shuttle driver, was awesome! The day time female front desk agent was super nice and helpful, the night time female agent not as much. The door to my room did not fit the frame... there was a fairly good sized gap on the side where the locks were located... so wide that you could see light and people walking by thru the gap. A little unsettling. The bathtub needs to be redone... it was nasty looking. Very convenient to the airport and Ernie got us there fast. It took the female driver forever to get there when I arrived on Fri... I had to call twice!

The property is beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff was outstanding. The only complaint is there was no hot water and toilet was extremely loud when flushed . I would definitely recommend this location. The shuttle driver was very nice and made sure we got a very good restaurant and picked us up as well in a timely manner.

We appreciate the Holiday Inn Team!
As soon as my partner and i walked in, we were greeted by friendly faced and asked how they can help. Keish, Ernie and Nabeel were so amazingly helpful. We were two lost people in NOLA and they gave us many options for food and fun around the city. We will visit again! We did NOT get the shuttle drivers name but the young man was also VERY helpful; along with the awesome service with their continental breakfast.
