The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was met with friendly service. One of the desk managers appeared unfriendly and not as approachable as others. The property is a bit run down. I especially noticed the elevator buttons looked as they haven't been cleaned or just worn out.

Good location. About a 7 min walk to the football/basketball arena. And also about a 7 min walk to Canal St. There are some homeless people down the street by the bus stop as well as a few sketchy looking people, but other than that I felt completely safe.

I loved that to get to the rooms you have to use your hotel key in the elevator. However our ceiling in our room dripped water sometimes and one time hotel staff didnt knock just tried to open our door. But overall I would definitely use this hotel again.

We were at this property for New Year’s. The consegsiere, bar tenders, house keeping and front desk worked abundantly hard going above and beyond to make sure we all were safe and cared for.

This hotel staff was hands down the best part of our stay! The security guards were very friendly and helpful. Tommy the bartender was absolutely fantastic!
