The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. We did not have a fully stocked room. No extra trash bags, no dishwasher soap, no washing machine soap, only 2 forks, no extra toilet paper in rooms.

The customer service staff were very friendly and helpful. There may be some miscommunication between Hosteeva and the actual hotel, so be wary if you get a different room than you were expecting. The room I originally reserved became out of order, so then they gave me 2 rooms before I even arrived, (with no charge thankfully). Hosteeva does not mention that parking is not included in the reservation, and is an additional $60 per car. Between the 2 rooms, one smelled of smoke and another had a light fixture fall out. The cleanliness was good, just seemed like poor maintenance. Also the code to get into our rooms were wrong, so prepare to go back to the customer service desk for another code if the one emailed to you from Hosteeva is wrong.

This property was nice and worth the cost, but the neighborhood is fairly unsafe -- we were here on Taylor Swift weekend, so I think we probably had a less scary stay here than it would have been on a different weekend with less guests. Easy and cheap uber to the french quarter and a fair amount of restaurants/coffee shops nearby. It also did not have the same amenities provided as there would be if you stayed at a bigger name hotel. There was no offer of housekeeping/turnover each day, there were no bags in the trash cans, and no plunger in the bathroom. We also got no check out instructions and had to leave at 4am so kind of just... left. I tried to call the next day and nobody answered. The vibes were a little eerie in the halls and the rooms but they were clean and nice. When requested, housekeeping was helpful in providing extra towels/blankets/etc.Overall I would give our stay 2.5/5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean and we liked how each room had its own bathroom. The only issue we had was trying to find the correct building we were supposed to be in and there isnā€™t a full time front desk attendant to ask.

I liked how modern it was. I didnā€™t realize how much appliances come in handy when youā€™re traveling. I also liked how close it was to a bus stop and downtown New Orleans. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I also felt completely safe in the hotel which is important to me as a solo female traveler.

Everything about the place was just great. We had a two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a full sized kitchen including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property is a one minute walk from the bus stop and the public transport is excellent. We downloaded the Le Pass app and bought a weekly ticket for $15 each - that lets you ride as many buses, streetcars or ferries as you want and the app gives you all the info you need to get around. One of the best things about Holy Angels (and thereā€™s lots) is the pool and hot tubā€¦.just bliss. To top it all was the staff who were always so friendly and helpfulā€¦.thank you Brittany and Scotty, we had a brilliant holiday.

I couldnā€™t imagine ever staying anywhere else in NOLA after staying here . Itā€™s such a good deal , wonderful quiet , safe and charming neighborhood , friendly staff , gorgeous pool. We walked to and from the French quarter a few times which is a safe and lovely walk .
