The bed was comfortable, liked outdoor access from room, bellboys and valets were excellent, food service was not very good. Pastries were not very good...dry and hard. Had to purchase coffee. Red fish grill closed on Christmas eve. Overall, i expected more from a 4 star hotel.

We checked in an hour late because they were still cleaning our room. We were given the wrong number of coupons to wait at the bar and have a drink. So when I came back later after dinner and stopped at the bar again I paid for a drink I thought was free. Everyone was polite and helpful, and it is very clean, but it seems disorganized.
