Where do I start? The hotel staff is friendly no matter what time you enter the building or leave they're always there to greet you what's a smile. They're very knowledgeable about tours and assisting you with setting them up. The hotel grounds was very clean and kept up despite everything around it. 10 out of 10 experience

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was over looking the pool with a balcony. Very clean. Love the high ceilings. The staff are friendly making everyone feel welcome. Despite being close to Bourbon street it was quiet in our room. Public transportation is a block from the hotel and easy to navigate.

Stayed at the property for 4 nights and was impressed by the facility from the time I walked into the lobby. After the first night I requested an upgrade to a balcony room facing Bourbon Street and was was accommodated by the staff. The rooms were updated and clean. I would definitely stay there again as it is conveniently located in where all the action takes place.

The hotel and rooms are nice and clean. Room was overlooking the pool area, so it was nice and quiet at night. The elevators were very slow and only 1-2 would work. The pool area was nice, however, the cement block floors were so hot that it burned your feet if you tried to walk on them while getting in the pool. The pool itself was gross, the water was very cloudy and the tile around the inside of the pool had a black film on it, it does not look like it has been cleaned at all.
