Over all I was not impressed with anything the hotel had to offer other than being close to bourbon but also far enough away to not be near the chaos. The morning ā€œcoffeeā€ station is a joke, I stayed 5 nights but there was only coffee available one morning, the rest the station was empty and unattended. The elevator takes forever and they give you a hard time if you want to take the stairs up from the lobby.

Hotel is OK, but watch the valet service!
The room was OK, It was small and only had a safe, an old safe, no other amenities. It needs updated, all the figures were old, like the thermostat. It was from the 80s! The absolute worst was the valet service. That service was half the cost of the room! It was $40 plus $24 dollars in fees! This was not mentioned at check in. We only needed a room for the night, and found a good deal on this site, but the valet service made this stay not worth it.

It didnā€™t look like a 4 star hotel at allā€¦
The hotel smelled weird, not very clean, only one elevator was functional, the mattress and pillows were super uncomfortable, no water fountain or ice machine in floors, no coffee maker in the roomā€¦ only good point was the locationā€¦ I donā€™t know why the ad says it was a 4 star hotel? Itā€™s like a bed and breakfast place with no breakfastā€¦

The front desk were very kind and welcoming at check-in and check out. This was a quick trip since we were going to a concert and Iā€™m so happy we landed here!
