Not only did the pictures online not match the description of the property but the room we were in smelled like cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. As if someone was just smoking in there the smell was so strong. Our bathtub around the plug was so rusted out we didn’t trust using it. So we used my parents bathroom in their room 3 rooms down from us. The issue wasn’t with cleanliness so to say but condition this is a very old building that needs serious updates. It got the job done we didn’t need to sleep in our car.

First of all, the staff was awesome. Friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. However the property and room were garbage. The key card reader wasn’t working on the room doors so we had to get a staff member to let us in EVERY TIME we had to leave. Room was nasty, toilet seat falling off the commode, bathroom light didn’t work, bed lamps didn’t work, carpet was dirty, beds were uncomfortable, etc etc. We have learned our lesson. We stayed only because it was a big concert weekend and everything else was either booked or stupid high.

The room was very outdated.the desk chair was torn an dirty.the rug looked so dirty i was scared to walk on the floor.an no lightning when it got dark.they need to revampe the whole bldg.an I've stayed in some nice la Qunita hotels.but this location needs to close down 😔

When I checked in, the door lock didn't work, so they moved me to the room next door. When I got in there, the TV remote didn't work. The room was old and unkempt. There was barely enough soap to take a shower. The bed was ok at best. Unaccessible power outlets. The breakfast was ok. This place was cheap and you absolutely get what you pay for. If you just need a place to stay for a night, it does the bare minimum job.

Our experience was terrible! Our first room we went to, the door was open when we pulled up to park. I told my husband to go back to the front we are not even going in we are getting a new room. The attendant switched our room with no problem. I showered but it took forever for the water to get hot & we had one towel in a room for 2. Luckily, i always pack our own towels. Just incase for the car ride.

What this hotel lacks in glitz and glamour it makes up in hospitality. Our first night started a little rough but the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and changed our rooms. The young lady at the breakfast bar was the most sweetest and patient woman there. Every morning she would great us with a smile and help us with our breakfast, ask about our day before, genuinely interested in us. The rooms were again nothing fancy and the halls could definitely use an upgrade/cleaning. So if you can look past that and you just need a place to sleep I would choose it again.

Expedia charged my card. Then the hotel charged it again twice. Overall there was an attempt to charge me over $600 for two nights because apparently Expedia doesn’t forward money to the hotel. I won’t be using Expedia or this hotel again. No matter the quality of the rooms fighting to avoid triple charge is not where my time should have been spent.

First room: door would not open at al. Had to change to a double room since they had no more king rooms available. Second room: toilet was broken- had to reach inside the tank to pull the plug to flush it. The sink and shower were slow draining so had standing water when used. The carpet felt damp in the whole room. Few plugs in the room to use. We checked out early and went to another hotel for the remainder of our stay. We expected a lot more from a Wyndham facility. This was at the level of a motel 6. Terrible.
