Our AC stayed on the whole time and wouldnā€™t shut off. We almost froze. Our room had no blankets until Friday afternoon when we asked for them. We also had no wash cloths and no hand towels until Friday afternoon. My credit card was over charged and management refused to acknowledge it even though I showed them my credit card statements from 2 credit cards. They charged one card for 1/2 the stay and charged my other card for the entire stay! I was overcharged by $313!!

Excellent staff! Very friendly, helpful and professional. My daughter booked the room as a surprise for her boyfriendā€™s birthday. The staff let me check in for her (we were both on the reservation) and bring their bags and gifts to the room. They also sent a bottle of champagne up per my request. Thank you!

Average at best. Booked a Delux King. It was spacious with clean sheets on the bed and fluffy white towels. Unfortunately It had no shower curtain so had to move rooms. The next room was a smaller room with a balcony and not as nice. The hotel itself is very dated and in need of a good clean.

Quaint French Quarter hotel. Walking distance to Bourbon Street, the river, Canal Street. Restaurant hours were unpredictable. Front desk was not always readily available and phone calls went unanswered. Provided luggage storage for early arrival/late departures. Easily accessible to Uber drivers. Beautiful courtyard and pool area.

Being that we were here for TAYLOR SWIFT and paid out the a$$ for the room, it was worth every penny just being within walking distance to the SuperDome. Could use ALOT of updating but then again NOLa Is an old city so just expect old decor!

There was a bad smell throughout the hotel, there was a guest being very loud at night, the condition of the hotel and furnishings were old, shabby and outdated (the room had only one power outlet I could find in an awkward spot, for example) and they shut off our water at 11. The staff and service were very good, however.
