This place Needs attention
No room service, no phone in unit, only one trash bucket in the room (you have to decide if keep it in the bathroom or main room). The toilet seat needs to be tightened.

Bed is comfortable, public area is great itā€™s like a small neighborhood. however, service is HORRIBLE. Hard to find a manager, no phone in the room. they knocked on my door TWICE before 10:30 AM excited to clean the room when the actual check out time is 11 AM. Two days were not enough for me to explore the city, my mistake was to rebook the same hotel, same room type. Shame on me!!! I requested room service after two nights(the room needed it). They told me that the maids have until 5 pm to get it done. From 10:30am-5:30pm they never cleaned my room. By 5:30pm I asked what happened to the room service they only offered towels

Older hotel paint bubbling up on walls in room, but room was clean, beds comfortable. Nice pool and lovely courtyard. Felt safe. About a mile walk to Bourbon street and felt safe walking back at night. Walking was faster than Lift/Uber due to traffic. Great place to stay with kids away from the French Quarter. The hot tub was barely warm and dirty/ oily.

I put one queen bedroom and they gave me a room with two beds second time this has happened then they tell you some b.s about they're giving you a bigger room i didn't ask for a bigger role i wanted the queen room that was advertised with one queen bed

The property is dated, but so is most of the city of New Orleans. Some blemishes in appearance are far outweighed by the property's charm. Very comfortable beds, lovely outdoor courtyard, and friendly staff. Walking distance to WWII museum and several restaurants. Streetcar stop on the corner! Quiet neighborhood. We had a GREAT stay and would recommend !

Very nice and quaint. Will be staying in the future. Itā€™s quiet, away from the night life but still close enough to enjoy. The staff was friendly and made sure we had an excellent stay and accommodated us very well. 5 stars all the way around. The beds are nice and comfortable the rooms are clean. No complaints!

Check in service was good. Bed was comfortable. The hotel rooms are on outside so I felt unsafe. They advertise secure parking but it was not secured. They make you park in the lot across the street which is parking for anyone. The bathroom was so small and the walk in shower water barely came out for me to take a shower. Building is old and outdated.
