My husband and I were checked into a room with subpar cleanliness, including a bathroom with a dirty toilet, sink, and a tub with a stained shower curtain and ring. The room and hallway had a mildew smell. We were moved from thr 15th floor to the 5th and the conditions were horrible. The room smell was so strong I wore a mask while sleeping. The sheets did not fit the mattress, which was dirty on both sides. I would not recommend this outdated hotel due to its poor cleanliness and maintenance. The lobby and elevator floors were also sticky and unclean. I do not recommend this Bates hotel to anyone.

Wait staff are very rude and dismissive in bar/restaurant area. The bellman and valet staff are very nice and friendly. We went elsewhere to eat. Great hotel, but want to go somewhere to eat and get better treatment. Save yourself the stress.

Disliked: Staff & service
Aging hotel with small bath rooms and terrible service. Understaffed front desk no matter the hour and bell staff are unreliable. I will not be returning. I would try elsewhere if you can since you are definitely not getting the bang for your buck.
