We reserved 2 rooms for 2 couples. Our room was clean, pretty, very comfortable and we loved it. However, the other couple complained that their TV didn't work and the air conditioner was loud. They called for service and they were unable to repair the TV. I don't know what else was discussed but if I had been them I would have requested another room. the other couple was my brother and sister in law from Peru and he was asking for some sort of refund for which I have to contact the manager for. I will do that in a day or two. Our room was great! clean, beautiful LOVED IT!

Great first New Orleans visit for my daughter
Very enjoyable experience. The hotel grounds are spectacular, very New Orleans. The pool was nice and clean. Valet parking was fabulous and easy, they were also able to store our bags and keep the parking past checkout to explore the city which was very convenient. The night staff during check in was a little disorganized but still very friendly, and the morning and afternoon staff were spectacular. The hotel was quiet, although it was off season so take that with a grain of salt. The room itself was definitely old, but seemed to be cared for. The room had a bit of an old basement smell and the floors were a bit damp, but was overall clean and the curtains blocked the light out nicely. The beds were fine to sleep in, comfortable pillows. Overall a nice stay and enjoyable experience.

Very hidden gem. We are native New Orleanians and fell in love with this place. It may not be the glamorous surroundings of other hotels, it is still quite nice, steps from Jackson square, and a very quiet and unique place. We only had 1 tiny suggestion. Need a hook or 2 in the bathroom to hang towels. Other than that, it was squeaky clean, comfortable and just what we were looking for. Very affordable.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The property was clean, beautiful, and comfortable- however, my only complaint would be that it sounded like our neighbors were in the same room with us- other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

The staff was amazing and super nice! The pool was the perfect way to cool off in the summer heat after long walks in the quarter. The room AC was also perfect and cold! We will definitely be staying here again! This hotel is so close to everything we love in NOLA.
