Price was right. They were working on painting the outside. The room was mostly renovated, but the ceiling needs to be worked on, the bathroom door was clawed by a previous pet, and the bed is very firm.

We were visiting New Orleans for the Taylor Swift concert. The hotel was very easily accessible from the interstate, great access to the city. The hotel itself was very clean and obviously well cared for. Would absolutely stay again.

Clean, safe, no bugs, and friendly staff!
Stayed for one night after the Taylor Swift concert. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is just off the interstate, between a big trucking gas station and a Cane's Chicken fast food place. It was clean, well lit, and I felt completely safe with my two daughters there. The room was clean and nice. It is obviously an older place but they were powerwashing the building while I was there, so they obviously work to upkeep the place. The pool was nice and clean, but we did not swim. The only complaints I have is the bathroom door would not shut all the way, it would get hung up on the door frame, and the bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The AC was super cold, which is very important to a hot-natured person like me. No bugs were seen at all. A great stay at a great price, and well worth the 30-minute drive from New Orleans in order to not pay $1000 for a hotel room on Taylor Swift weekend! Would definitely stay here again!

The building is definitely an older building but the rooms are renovated and kept pretty clean. The bedsheets didnā€™t have any stains and smelled fresh. The location is conveniently in the middle of a bunch of fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and within east walking distance of a nice grocery store. Right off the interstate and easy to access.
