Do not stay you'll regret it
Really horrible rooms. Smelt like major mold and vents not changed. I got an asthma attack after the first day. Big Cockroaches in my first room. I was switched without help and no a same dark room on another floor even after asking for a room with more air. The rooms were also FRIGID and the blankets really thin. The thermostats don't work. Can't sleep. Paid daily resort fee and the aren't any amenities pool is frigid. Don't even know why paying. Please see my other hotel reviews, I don't ever complain but for this one I highly suggest not to stay here

This property is an old property with renovations I can hear the toilet flush from upstairs and people talking showers. The hallway noise was ridiculous even the cleaning people were chatting up a storm in the hallway in the morning. Just was not for me, I should have went to the Marriott

Classic Gem on Bourbon
Loved the beauty, location, jazz Club and desire oyster house. The balcony was awesome and we’ve when at revolution before. It was awesome then as well.

The location is fabulous… directly on bourbon st and very easy to walk to so many locations… however I would hardly call this establishment 4 star… there was a mini fridge in the rooms however it was completely empty. There was not a working vending machine anywhere however there was a coffee shop on the property that was consistently sold out or had an extremely long line. Overall our stay was chine but definitely not great.

Great hotel, good experience. My only complaint was you need better black out drapes to cover room windows from annoying flashing lights from the bar across the street. The bar has a circular strobe light to lure in tourists but the strobe light was shining into our room all night and the black out drapes were not wide enough to cover the room windows. It affected iur ability to sleep.

Good location
I liked the location a lot and the room was very nice. Even though our room was right on Bourbon street the noise was not bad. The front desk staff seemed disinterested on check in and not welcoming. We had some issues with hot water in our room. The first two days you had to run the water for about several minutes for the shower to get hot - I didn’t say anything bc it did eventually get there. But the last day it never got hot no matter how long I let it run.
