After a long day of travel the staff was able to give us an early check in and it made a world of difference. The room was perfect and they fixed an issue with the tv in less than 5 minutes. Beds were great and we even returned to the same hotel a week later to ask them to get us a cab as we were on a cruise. The gentleman went across the street just to make sure we were on time. Great staff. Great experience.

The Saint is just fine. The morning dining room is stale and stark. The pretty red bar is closed off all day with a curtain. The valet takes an extremely long time to retrieve cars- probably 30-45 minutes each time, despite hardly any guests. That said, it is right in Canal street and the room was fine. Itā€™s definitely not the glamorous Saint from before the ownership change, but a passable place to stay.

Great Stay!
From the minute we walked in. Staff immediately greeted us and were very friendly. We even got a complementary goodie bag. We stayed for Halloween and we have no complains. Room was extremely clean. Food was delicious and we will be back again.

There was a blackout screen on the window and no light could get through. It looked like night when it should've been sunny. And the ceiling was painted dark blue. Not a good idea if you dont have any working windows

Great for business, not so much for leisure.
The hotel was great for being next to the Waldorf Astoria where I had a conference. Nothing to write home about. It could have been a tad bit cleaner and the gym could have been bigger. If I would stay in New Orleans again for leisure I'd likely look else where closer to the garden district.
