The room was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The windows can be opened. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel is perfectly centered in the town. We would definitely stay again.

No shower curtain, loo paper roll holder fell off the wall. Noisy room (street traffic, rubbish collection despite requesting a quiet room. Rang after departure to be advised we’d used minibar items when we hadn’t. Not a great experience but room was clean and fresh.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here in the penthouse suite. The view was stunning , the service was exceptional, the room was very spacious and comfortable and it met all of our expectations. This is a wonderful place to stay, so convenient to all amenities in the beautiful New Plymouth and highly recommend this hotel and Salt Restaurant which has an amazing view and ambiance as well as top quality food to all potential guests. Thank you so much to Vivek and your team for the hospitality, being so accommodating as well as providing excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again 😊😊

Proprty was central to town which was handy for bars, restaurants and shopping. Room was ok but a bit tired. Soap dispenser bracket on wall was loose so had to remove. Toilet has water streaks, chairs were torn and needed a proper clean. One thing that puzzled us was that the bar / restuarant closed from 2pm to 4pm. Why? Especially when people like us are looking for a refreshment in the hotel. Perhaps short staffed maybe.
