We were there for two weeks. The beds are great. But since we were extended stay, the cleaning was very spotty. Notice a lot of dirt in the hallways in the elevators so if you don’t know, your floor is a little dirty. It’s a great place to stay.

Slamming doors and no one cared
We were placed on the first floor next to the exit. The exit had a sign that the door slammed-and boy did it- ALL NIGHT! At one point it slammed so hard that a drink fell off the night stand. When we were checking out, the woman said that “They really need to get that door fixed!” Why put paying customers next to a door that slams when you were not at capacity? The only positive was breakfast and they lady that works there. She made sure the breakfast was well stocked and that we were enjoying breakfast. They had fresh eggs, sausage, and corn beef hash, as well as fresh muffins and waffles.

After a long day of travel we arrived at 1 and asked if it would be possible to check in early. The desk clerk didn’t get a chance to respond as an older lady responded absolutely not! We had 57 checkouts the room won’t be ready until 3. I have never felt less welcome. The free wifi was out of order so that was falsely advertised. Also the room we had was by a back door which only slammed shut loudly every time it opened. When we checked in the clerk was snippy honestly it’s the worst Comfort in stay I’ve ever had. I’m grateful I’m moving to a different hotel tomorrow where I may be able to sleep.
