NSB...right on ocean!
My family and I had a great stay at this condo. There were five of us and it was set up perfectly for our group. Mom had her own quartets with a huge bedroom and bathroom. We were happily surprised at how close and convenient the condo is to both the ocean and the pool. Beach is incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway
My husband and I needed to find a one level condo that was on the beach for his mom, her best friend, and his aunt and uncle. This was the perfect place! No stairs, spacious, great views and a short walk to the beach. We were able to get his mom down to beach to sit and put her feet in the ocean. Everyone had a great time. We will be back next year!

AMAZING!
If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! Incredible location for family with pool and ocean so close. Condo was FULLY stocked with great towels for pool, dishes etc. Large enough to spread out some with three rooms. Absolutely LOVED this place and will be back next year!

The property was convenient to the pool and the ocean. It was very quiet during our stay, which we liked. The only thing that I wish we could have had was beach chairs to rent. Being older and flying in we couldn’t bring our on. The ones in the condo wasn’t in very good shape. Also, it would have been nice to have had a high chair for our 1 year old. It made it a little bit hard to feed her. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Very nice condo.
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. I would have no problem renting this condo again. Only issue I had is the master Bathroom did not have a door for privacy it was just a curtain.

Great place for a large family.
This property was perfect for us. We joined our daughter and her family, so we were a total eight. The location was perfect; easy access to the pool and the beach and great for coffee n the patio in the morning. The unit was spacious and had enough bedrooms to fit everyone comfortably. It has a large nicely supplied kitchen. It was also great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. An enjoyable time. Highly recommend.

Just a few things at the beginnings. We had an issue with the keypad. The number given wasn't correct. We spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure out why and speaking to the management team. They gave us a new number and it work. She seems to be frustrated with us that we didn't know how to open the door. But as soon as we got a new number it worked fine. When we got it, the place looked great. The only cleanliness issue were the fan blades. My daughter had to clean her bedroom and her sisters fan blades. They had a very thick layer of dirt on them. Like they haven't been clean in forever. Other than that the place was immaculate. We ran out of toilet paper but brought one just in case. The last thing, as we were going to our car to bring stuff, a cleaning person was at our door. We still had a half hour left before we needed to check out. Oversight maybe. Now the best part, LOCATION. Could not beat first floor next to the pool and ramp for the beach. I don't think I would vrbo anywhere else. Place is quiet as well. View was awesome.

Understanding totally the property just experienced hurricane. It would have been nice if the property management would have at least built temporary stairs down the the beach or informed us where to go to get beach access. When paying over 3000 for 5 nights to be on beachfront….access was expected. Condo was very nice and everyone we met was very nice. Felt like a safe place to be.

We were very happy with this property. It has a beautiful view and the unit is in a prime location. It is next to the pool, boardwalk to the beach and close to parking. The unit was clean and well laid out. We were very pleased!

Great 1st level, right next to pool. Quiet building. Walk to the beach in 1 minute. The condo has it all. Very clean. Great cleaning team. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin and a full rollaway bed. All mattresses were comfy. Master bathroom is huge. Best beach view and location is great. Great Oceans is easy to communicate with before, during and after.

GREAT BEACH STAY!!
We loved our stay at Sunrise 109. Check in and check out were both very easy. The location on the no-drive part of the beach is perfect. We had 6 people, 4 teens, 2 adults. The condo is well appointed, very clean. We had zero issues all week. The ground floor level makes it so easy to enjoy the pool and the beach. We highly recommend this specific unit, and plan to visit again! Thanks for everything!! It was FANTASTIC!!!!

Loved it!
