This 1,008sf 2-bedroom 2-full-bathroom unit is beautifully renovated with a spacious open granite kitchen and island, stainless steel appliances, and modern shower bathrooms with tile throughout. King bed in the master and 2 sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom (twin-over-full plus twin-over-twin) sleeps 6. Fully furnished, ready-to-cook kitchen, all linens and bedding, wireless high-speed internet and cable smart TVs connect to your Netflix, Apple TV, Prime and Hulu accounts. Washers and dryers are onsite in the laundry facility and are operated by coin or QR-code scan on your phone. We've even added a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen - don't forget your K-cups! We provide a starter kit of toiletries that should get you through the first 24 hours but depending on the size of your family and length of your stay you'll probably want to bring additional supplies (or pick up everything you need at the grocery stores down the road), including: ice, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee K-cups, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

For those with special mobility and accessibility needs, please note that although condo is on the first floor and contains no stairs, accessing the entrance walkway from the parking lot requires ascending 3 steps.

Condo is smartly situated on a side street off busy A1A for a safe morning or evening walk - or walk along the beach. Newly-resurfaced tennis court in the parking lot. Access to coin or app-operated washer/dryer room on property. Park your boat overnight in our large free parking lot. Restaurants, shops and boat ramps are within minutes by car (none within walking distance though), only 10 minute drive from famous Flagler Avenue Beachfront Park shopping and dining. There's a Dollar General Market 1.9 miles away, 7-Eleven 2.3 miles away, and Publix, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts 4 miles away. You're less than an hour from the biggest and best theme parks in the world, including Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Icon Park, and the never-ending shopping and dining of International Drive in the tourist district of Orlando.

For your safety and comfort, we use the best cleaning service in the area (Mop & Bucket) and they charge us $175 for laundry, cleaning and guest preparation. There is absolutely no markup on the cleaning fee. Also, we understand no one likes service fees but they go towards required taxes (state and tourist) and ensure a safe and easy transaction for you and us. Unfortunately we cannot give weather-related refunds.
