Welcome to Luna Paradise! Wake up to spectacular ocean views every morning and enjoy your coffee or tea watching the sunrise from this super beachy 3rd floor studio, mere steps from the sands of one of Florida's most desirable beaches! Features a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and all of the amenities you'll need for a perfect stay at the beach! Not feeling like getting sandy? Soak up some sun at the heated newly-renovated on-property pool or grill out at 27th Ave Beachfront Park nearby!

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) parking space (Dedicated). Free additional guest parking spaces (First Come, First Served). All parking is uncovered and requires provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total passes provided. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $25 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.

The perfect couples get away stay.
The rental was extremely clean and well decorated. You are across the street from the beach in a great location. It is a short drive (3 minutes) to Flagler ave. The listing says it all.
