This absolutely STUNNING 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom modern ultra-chic 3rd floor condo is an absolute GEM ideally located just a 30 second stroll from beach for the ultimate stay in NSB! Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the sound of the waves, recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen, relax in the spacious living area or relax at one of TWO on-site pools, shuffleboard courts, and clubhouse!
24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including club house, building entrances, and the pool. Devices will be on.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.
Parking:
One (1) parking space (Dedicated). Free additional guest parking spaces (First Come, First Served). All parking is uncovered and requires provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total passes provided. Beautiful Condo
This condo is really pretty, nice furniture, bed and towels. Everything is labeled accurately. You can tell the owners love this place and want to share it! The beach was not accessible because of the seawall still being built. We went down to the ocean at the most convenient walkway. We would stay here again for sure!
