LaKaSa House on Hill Street is a beautiful home, on an amazing Ocean Front Property, perfectly placed to enjoy the crashing waves, and gorgeous sunrises! 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms, this house is able to sleep 12 people comfortably. The beach access is a quick walk from the house on 12th street.

This roomy, but cozy 4,000 square foot home features 4 bedrooms / 4.5 baths and a separate room on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Perfect for privacy and solitude or for family vacations and get-togethers. This home features a wraparound deck, oceanfront backyard, a primary bedroom with a private balcony, walk-in closets, as well as spectacular ocean views!

The home is completely furnished including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and a spacious dining area. Between the 2 breakfast bars, and dining room, you will have no problem finding a spot to eat.

All linens and towels are provided (as well as beach towels) This home also features a big screen TV, Wi-Fi internet and 2 extra queen size air mattresses and a two car garage.

This oceanfront home has many extras that go above and beyond the typical beach house. Want to enjoy amazing sunrises or relax in the sun? Try the two huge decks on street side, and ocean side of the house!

The kitchen at LaKaSa is recently remodeled and well stocked with kitchen gadgets, ready for absolutely anything you can throw at it! Whether you are cooking for a family of 4, or a feast for 40, you will be able to do it all in this spacious, and updated kitchen. All cookware in this kitchen is ready to create delicious, and gourmet dishes. Want to enjoy a cocktail while watching the waves? LaKaSa also has a wet bar with sink, and refrigerator!

LaKaSa is also a perfect home for entertaining a large group of people. LakaSa is 4 bedrooms, and can sleep 12 people comfortably.

The primary bedroom has a large king-sized bed for sprawling out and taking nice long naps. The room also has a breathtaking view of the ocean with easy accesses to the balcony just steps from the bed. The suite also offers a recently remolded bathroom, complete with 2 sinks, toilet, and walk in shower. The primary bedroom also has a fireplace for the occasional cold nights in Florida. You can turn on the TV, relax, and use the wood burning fireplace to keep you warm in your own room!

The other 3 spacious rooms offer queen-sized beds to make for maximum comfort. LaKaSa also sports a twin-sized day bed! If you have any little ones with you, LaKaSa also provides a crib, and highchair.

New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest town in Florida and what many recall as 'the old Florida of yesterday'. Quaint shops on historic Flagler Ave and friendly folks are what New Smyrna is all about. We are only 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando. Great house right on the beach
We had a wonderful time in this house with my children, grandchildren and Grand dog. We were in NSB to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday and this spot was perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and had an amazing view of the ocean just steps from the house. We will be back!

We enjoyed everything this home offered. Private rooms and bathrooms for all of us. A very well stocked, huge kitchen. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony and the walkover to the beach. Very close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Nice home in great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this home! There were items that make the stay even better, such as high quality sheets and towels, well stocked kitchen, extremely clean, and a great ocean and beach view. There is also a small yard to play ball or games. Beach access is very close to the home. However, we had 2 disappointments. The home is not as advertised regarding number of people it sleeps and beds. The home only sleeps 9, not 12. Fortunately one of our sons and his family cancelled at the last minute. If they had come we would have had an issue. Second, we were happy to see the fireplaces advertised since it’s still winter and was projected to be cold. However, both fireplaces were covered with boards and were not usable. Overall, a great stay, and we will stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway by the Beach
Our stay at this wonderful beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a spacious, beautifully decorated interior that easily accommodated our family. The proximity to the beach was a dream – just a short, pleasant walk and we were digging our toes into the sand and enjoying the ocean breeze. The convenience of having fantastic restaurants within a stone's throw made dining out a breeze, but the well-stocked kitchen also meant we could whip up our own meals with ease. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of cooking supplies available, making meal prep a joy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. It's rare to find hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experiences, and it added an extra layer of comfort to our vacation. The highlight of the house was definitely the spacious deck facing the ocean. Whether it was sipping our morning coffee as the sun rose over the water or enjoying a family dinner while watching the sunset, the deck provided a breathtaking backdrop for unforgettable moments. All in all, our family had an unforgettable time at this beach house, and we're already planning our next trip back. If you're looking for a spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly located beach getaway with responsive hosts, this is the place to be. Can't wait to return! This property was in a perfect location and the perfect size for our family! Very clean. A few imperfections from hurricane damage but property manager very receptive to our inquiry. We enjoyed relaxing beach days and all the items offered at the property! Putt putt golf, great restaurants, shops, E bike and golf cart rentals only a few miles away.

Can’t beat the view…… but this property DOES have a lot of wear and tear. I do realize a hurricane ravaged this area however ….. repairs are desperately needed!!!! You also need a good vacuum cleaner and desperately need to create a working path to the beach. You should not rent it until this is done. More dish towels would be nice too!! Overall we had a wonder time and greatly appreciate you sharing your property with us. Would love to come back when it is all fixed!

House was in the Perfect Location, house was clean, however there was Black Mold on the Ceiling upstairs, and Mold upstairs in the Master Bedroom where the water has come in through the ceilings and doors that severly rotted the hard wood floors in the Master Room. Its such a beautiful home in the most perfect area to not do the upkeep on it. I would stay there again if they fix the mold issue, and the soft rotted moldy floors in the master area.

So much fun!
This was the perfect place to stay for our two families. We had 8 people and 3 dogs. We could’ve fit three families. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook. The location was really convenient. We were able to ride our bikes to all of the local spots to eat and shop. Beds were comfy, plenty of hot water for everyone, and they provided lots of beach towels and toys. The house has everything you would need for a beach trip.

could never get the internet to work, even after calling. filters for ac are all clogged which overworked ac. beach chairs rusted w screws popping out and breaking. maintenance man coming by first two days and invading privacy. coffee maker old and damaged. decor, bedding and furniture outdated and uncomfortable.
