Oceanside Village New Smyrna Beach Condo Rental complex located on A1A. No Drive beach.This small quaint community is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Each unit at Oceanside Village provides beautiful direct oceanfront views. The townhome has a full equipped kitchen and its own washer and dryer. Located on the non-driving portion of the beach, the open beach provides plenty of room to enjoy surfing, shell hunting and romantic walks on the beach.
This 2/2.5 Ocean View unit located at Ocean Side Village has just completed a full renovation, all new floors and beautiful furniture throughout.
2 story unit with the main living space downstairs with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa, and 65 inch TV .washer & dryer and a 1/2 bath.
Upstairs you will find 2 master suites, the first ones with a king size bed with a large TV, on a wall with a 6 drawer dresser all new, master bath with a walk in shower. Full size balcony off the the master bedroom makes for the perfect place to sip your coffee in the morning or enjoy a glass of your favorite afternoon/evening drink after a day at the beach! Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and slight view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony.
The guest room has a full on-full Bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a flexible sofa that turns into another full bed offering plenty of sleep space. With a large TV on the wall and 6 drawer dresser all new.
Adding a sleeper sofa in the living room, this units offers sleeping accommodations for 8.
Unit F1 is set back from the ocean all while still offering an obstructed view from the master balcony and the sounds of the sea! Just a few steps to the Ocean front pool deck and private walkway to the white sandy non-driving section of beautiful New Smyrna Beach!

Wish we could've stayed longer!
The property was spotless and unbelievably equipped with everything you could possibly need! We were treated to plenty of coffee and snacks...even some for our ever hungry poodle! Steps to the beach - great for shelling, and for viewing Cape Canaveral launches...we saw 2! Close to Flagler shopping and a great national park/beach. Wish we could've stayed longer, but we'll be back next January, hopefully!

Best beach stay!
Steps from the beach and a pool. This condo has everything. Great location. Beautifully decorated. I love the floor plan with a large living area and eat-in kitchen. The host provides several kinds of coffee makers, snacks, paper products, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. So much more than other places we’ve stayed. Very clean and the linens and bath towels are of excellent quality. This is our second time staying here.

Great place to enjoy the beach and Disney
We stayed here because we didn't want to stay in Disney, but still wanted to go to the parks. It was just over an hour drive from the airport and to the parks which was really easy. The place itself was perfect for a family! Two big bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and everything was really new and clean. We were steps from the beach and pool and I saw some of the most beautiful sunrises of my life :) Would def recommend for anyone that wants to enjoy Disney but also wants to relax at the beach. It was the perfect combination!

Great Place to Stay in New Smyrna
The location is great. We could see the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom. The townhouse was very clean. It has been nicely remodeled. I would also say that it was well stocked with everything you need when you arrive. The manager was very nice and helped with whatever questions we had. I would recommend staying here.

The townhome has been completely redone, is well appointed and incredibly clean. Small community which is very nice for privacy and unit is only a short walk to beach and pool. Excellent communication with the owner. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed four nights and had an excellent experience. The two-bedroom townhome was extremely clean, very well-equipped kitchen with many extras like Keurig coffee, snacks, etc. The hosts made certain that you would be comfortable and feel like you were at home. There was nothing forgotten.

Beautiful remodeled townhouse close to beach!
This townhouse is exactly as advertised… beautiful property filled with all the amenities you might need. Grill, beach supplies, quality towels and linens. It was very clean and well organized. Communication with the management team was easy and clear. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this unit!
