The hotel is clean, and room was okay. Room is very small, difficult to walk around in. Very small bathroom, with little space for toiletries. Carpet in our room was in need of repair. Bar in the lobby has limited services. Could not order a simple mixed drink (no mixers, such as tonic water or ginger beer). The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location is great for theater district. Very close to Rockefeller Center and Time Square. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

I hardly ever write reviews on different hotels I’ve stayed in around the world but this definitely felt the need to do it to help others. Staff is a 10/10 but property it’s self is 3/10 what they sell is different from what they give you, upon our arrival I was told my reservation was given away so they had to check for whatever they had available.

The hotel was fine for one night and for the price however a couple cautions: 1) the mattresses are not great and lack support, 2) be prepared to spend $10 cash just to get into your room. The doorman grabs your bags right away ($5 tip) and loads them on the bellman’s cart who takes it up to your room ($5 tip), and 3) weird but there isn’t a lock on the bathroom door. We were 4 people and there were a few unexpected intrusions.

My friend and i only stayed one night! The rooms (or the one i at least got) is definitely tiny like it fits a queen bed with walk room on 3 sides of the bed but thats it. Then theres a bathroom thats a good size. Its kind of on the outskirts of Times Square but we were able to walk everywhere so i didnt mind. I was able to book our room at a good price too so it was a great experience :)

The staffs service A1 and that compensated for where the property fell short , the bar opens late closes early so I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenity,it is cute boutique style establishment just needs some updates and some minor catch up on dusting. Over all it was comfortable and safe !

It was a lovely stay and one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in NYC. It was also not far from time square at all! It’s a perfect hotel especially if you are seeing a Broadway show at the Broadway theatre since it’s right next door pretty much.
