This hotel was perfectly situated near all things walkable and the subway is right there as well. Staff was very helpful and I have to especially thank the young lady at the bar that provided us with ice. The room was very comfortable even though a little small it was still fine. We were in the second floor and had a great view of 54th and Broadway. Next time we return will definitely stay here.

Small room with adequate cleanliness. Would have liked a luggage rack. Additional resort fee not worth it unless you use the fitness room. Location is much better than hotels closer to Times Square which can be too active or noisy.

Great spot for fair price. Rated it a little lower because the A/C in the gym was down. They fixed it but then it was not working again the next day. More notably, the TV in my room didn’t work. I asked them to fix it and they did not.

The check in staff were very helpful and address my only issue of needing washclothes quickly. The door staff knew how to get to places efficiently and were able to help us whenever we needed assistance. They even saved us money on a car ride to the airport. The helped us figure just how much time was needed to arrive somewhere on time.

The staff and location were fantastic! However, the condition of the room (for the price paid and location) was lackluster. The bathroom door handle rosette was hanging off, the actual wood on the bottom of the bathroom door was peeling, some of the room’s wallpaper was peeling, etc. They were small cosmetic things that didn’t interfere with our ability to stay, sleep, and shower but compared to other hotels in the area, it seemed a bit neglected. The pictures look better than the property in person…BUT it’s not a bad place to stay and I’d stay there again.

This hotel is clean and modernized. It is in a convenient location with easy access to the metro, and it is walkable to many sights. The coffee they provide in the morning is excellent. The room and bathroom were quite small, but comfortable, clean, and renovated. The door lock seemed a bit loose, and fixing this would be our only recommendation. A special shoutout to Jeff, the valet. He helped us with our bags, gave us a map and an overview of recommended sightseeing, provided guidance on using the metro, and arranged a private car with a discounted rate to return to the airport. He also greeted us each day with a big smile. Jeff was awesome!

Everything from start to finish was amazing! The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Jeff at the door was awesome. We didn't have to worry about setting up a car service for our ride back to the aiport. He took care of everything and gave us ice cold water for the ride. This will be our new NYC hotel when we come to visit.
