We had an excellent stay at the Arlo! The staff were truly fantastic - welcoming us when we arrived and shared helpful tips and tricks to get around. The rooftop bar has a great view of the city. Definitely recommend for a trip to New York!

Great place, most everyone was nice. I was waiting to check in and one lady just stared at me and was ignoring me while I was waiting to check in. When it was 12 o clock and I asked if I could check in and she told me maybe, but another nice gentlemen’s (wears a Cartier watch) helped me out and got me check in immediately. Overall 9/10 a good stay!

We're big ARLO hotel fans in general but this is probably our favourite one to date. Great location, aesthetically very well-designed spaces (both common public areas as well as rooms), so many in-hotel amenities an amazing midtown location that was a perfect base to explore from. Staff was awesome, food/drinks were fabulous, from front desk to maintenance to servers and bar staff we really felt they went above and beyond. So much available in the hotel in terms of eating and drinking: cafe in lobby, restaurant nice bar with food options plus a myriad of lounge areas made for a very relaxing place to hang out and recharge in. The ARLO rooms are generally not huge -- this one was smaller than the ones we've stayed at in a few other ARLOs *but* (yes BUT!) it was so well-planned, well-appointed well-designed everything was conducive to providing all the room we needed in-room to hang out and store our stuff. CLEAN, pristine actually, and QUIET. City Room, good view! There was a small issue with the safe not working properly but no exaggeration the call to guest services was answered almost instantly with an immediate follow-up visit to the room fix. This was greatly apprreciated as our stay this time around was very brief and we appreciated the expediency. As well, we got in early and expected to drop our bags at the hotel and head out again but we were graciously accommodated with check-in upon our arrival which allowed us to clean up before heading out.
