Not happy stay with my kids
We were so disappointed to the stay there! We got the worst room which locates on second floor and close to the street where garbage trucks come in and out all the night! We didn’t sleep well at all! I asked to change room when we just checked in but was told the next available one was still on the second floor. I knew it’s a trash lie! I didn’t want to bother more! If you could get higher floor, the stay might be good.

This hotel was perfect for the itinerary we had planned in NYC. The staff was extremely helpful and personable. Our rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We definitely would stay there again.

AC issue resolved properly
Everyone is correct. Top service. Moved rooms due to weak/non functional AC. It took about 45 minutes to determine it was not working then after a brief discussion it was determined we needed to move rooms.
